WELCOMING THE NEW
MEDITATION AT DISTANCE AT 9.00 PM
To perform in a circle with other people or alone
manifesting the intention to join one of the circles that performs the
meditation in the distance
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white clothes if
possible.
If the meditation does
not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four elements
are present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a white
candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People attending this kind of meditation for the
first time should be sitting inside the circle.

WHAT TO BRING:
A
quartz of any kind, which will accompany you during the whole cycle as
you perform the Full Moon Meditations, and which you will give to the Earth on
July 16th, 2019.
A white
candle
FOR THE OFFERING:
Some rice.
A
citrine quartz.
A
flat stone and a fine-tip marker, to write on it.
A lavender flower or lavender seeds
or lavender essential oil.
If
you cannot perform this meditation outdoors or in nature, you also need
a pot with a living plant,
to make the offering in it.
ONLY

PURPOSE
WELCOMING THE NEW
According to the calendar of the 13 moons, July
26th is the first day of the year. This one is the first full
moon of the solar year and, therefore, we are going to use this renewal energy
to welcome
the new in our lives.
It is the moment to formulate evolutionary
purposes, the moment to make decisions of advancement and
enjoyment, the
perfect moment for us to get out of stasis and to take charge of our lives. The
full moon will enhance our purposes and will propel them.
At the end of the meditation we
will make an offering to
ask Mother Earth for
help in
materializing those purposes. Meditation will help us to connect with the
authentic desire of our souls, with the information that will show us our life plan
and the learnings that we came to assume, so that we can make the
decisions from the heart in this moment of our lives and initiate
the new cycle in connection with our souls.
RELAXATION
In a comfortable posture, close your eyes,
take air and release it with the intention
of freeing yourself from any worry, emotion or thought that sets
you apart from the present moment.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Here and now.
It 's the instant and it's the
place where you're going to connect with yourself,
with the Source and with the Earth,
to balance and make decisions from the heart.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Breathe and let go.
Release everything that does not belong to this
time and this place.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Let your muscles relax too,
so the tension of your entire body can be
released,
from head to toes.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
A bright white light will now descend from
the Source,
to help you in this relaxation.
PAUSE
That light is going to enter your
body, little
by little,
from the top of your head,
dragging with it any trace of tension.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
As it goes through your interior, the bright
white light frees you and harmonizes
you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Then it goes outside through your feet.
PAUSE
Imagine that you have a
sphere of blue light before you
PAUSE
and give it that bright white light, which
has come out of your body through your feet,
freeing yourself from all the tension and all
the worries.
PAUSE
Give it to the blue light, so
that it takes care of that energy

The blue light can help you, and
it helps you now,
with everything that, at
this moment, separates
you from the present.
PAUSE
By giving them to it, you
delegate in the light the function of helping you with those concerns.

Feel free from the burden of that responsibility,
Because now, free from
limiting loads, you will focus only on you.

Start by feeling the beat of your heart.

Feel the caress of the air on your
skin too.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel the sensitivity of your skin.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Note the weight of your body on the ground.

And then, feel also the connection
with Mother Earth.

The planet vibrates under your body. Perceive
it.

You are connected to the Earth
through an invisible thread,
that connects your heart with hers. Imagine
it.

That invisible link is a collaboration pact:
Your soul decided to incarnate on this planet to
learn, experience, enjoy
and help.

Helping the shift
of consciousness upon the Earth.
PAUSE
All of that is attached inside you and is manifested
in your life in different ways,
to help you fulfil your role in the world.

Your learnings support your work.
PAUSE
Your work boosts your learnings

and invites you to enjoy, being
who you really are.
PAUSE
Experiences give meaning and strength to what
you came to play in this Earth.

Look closely, because now a
light is lit in the center of your chest.
It’s your soul itself.

Your soul, which dwells in your heart
and which is also connected, by
means of an invisible thread, with the original light.

The light of the Source. You
are a
part of it.

You are unity. Unity with God and with the Earth.

MEDITATION
The generosity of your soul
brought you to this planet,
to help the whole, to help the expansion of the Light.
Feel the natural joy of
your soul,
when connecting with its essence and its work in this Earth.

Notice how it expands from the center of your chest,
bringing that joy to all of
your cells,
which light up to vibrate
to its rhythm.

In contact with your soul,
a party of light originates in your interior.
PAUSE
Your whole organism is harmonized,

including your mind,
PAUSE
who joins the party, to collaborate with your soul.

The light of your soul is
illuminating every corner of your brain,
bringing there the
certainty of the light and the information of your life plan.

From your brain, that information descends through your spinal cord.

To install itself in it,
and to go from it to inside
all of your bones.

Imagine it. Go following the path of that light,
which is taking the
information of your life plan to your organism.

And now, vibrating in time with the light of your soul,
you are going to imagine
that you rise above yourself,
that your consciousness ascends to the original light of
the Source.

Where the infinite
vibration beings of light who help you in your life purpose are waiting for you.

Beings of immense love, who receive you in unity, with open arms.

Beings of immense kindness, who were waiting for you to help you remembering.

comfort you,

who understand you and
encourage you to move forward,

great generosity, as
you offered as a volunteer to go to the
Earth.
Sense their beautiful
energy of love and unity.

They take you to fly, so that you understand your life process:

and wisdom.

And so, from the hand of those wonderful beings of light who
accompany you and guide you,
and in contact with your
soul, observe
and decide:
Which ones are the evolutionary purposes that you want to make for the
new cycle?,
What would you like to improve?
What would you like to overcome in this new solar year?

Those infinite vibration beings
of light, who
now accompany you,
offer you a golden scroll
PAUSE
and a pen of blue light,
PAUSE
so you type in that scroll
your purposes,
as an evolutionary
commitment that they will help you to materialize,
if you wish so and give
them permission.

If you accept the commitment, write down your intentions on that golden scroll,
with your blue light pen.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
When you have finished writing, roll up the scroll,
PAUSE
take it to your heart, to seal it with the light of your soul.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And then to your forehead, to seal it with the will of your consciousness.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And again to your soul, in the center of your chest,
before giving it to those
spiritual guides who are helping you today.

Your commitment of light becomes here and now formulated,

your evolutionary
commitment for this new cycle.

Open your arms to welcome
everything new that now comes:
the energy of the New Earth, which
now descends to you in the form of a rainbow light,
which helps you feeling the
joy that is natural to your soul,

which helps you moving forward in connection with your heart,
PAUSE
in balance with your mind.

Feel how this rainbow - colored light comes to you, how it completely permeates you.

Come down with it, from the Source to your body, to anchor it in you.

Let it also pass through
your body, into
the interior of the Earth,
to nourish the planet.

Now project it form your
heart to
the center of this circle.

Feel how a sphere of rainbow light is
formed in the center of the circle,
the energy of the New Earth
that you have brought from the Source, for yourself and for others.

Rainbow light that
helps to remember your purpose of life.

Rainbow light that
helps to understand the
learnings that support each mission,
the mission that each human
being brings in this incarnation.

We've all come to
contribute our bit to the shift in consciousness,
to create the New Earth.

The Age of Aquarius makes
its way through your soul, in
your daily life.
Allow this rainbow-colored
light to be manifested through you.

Joy and commitment. Project them to the center of this circle.

The sphere of light that we are creating together will
also help you.

And now imagine how it expands little by little, to encompass
the whole circle.

Feel its infinite power, generated in unity.

See how the rainbow light moves, generating sparks of love and joy,
which now expand beyond

Bringing rainbow light to every corner where it passes.
We are helping to expand
the energy of the New Earth at this time, from this place.

The energy of the New Earth,
which is immensely
respectful to the will of each being.

Brother, sister, remember you are light, remember that you are love.

Spheres of love, joy and unity, that go seeking for each other,

Place your hands on the Earth and request her to absorb from you all the energy of high vibration that your physical body is not able to sustain.

We are now ready to perform
the offering. For it you will need the
following:
- A flat stone, in which you will write a word that
defines each evolutionary purpose, the same ones that you have written on the
golden scroll that your guides gave you.
- A little bit of rice.
- A citrine quartz.
- A lavender
flower. If
you do not have lavender flower, some lavender seeds or lavender oil are ok.
Let’s make the offering.
OFFERING
You
can do it in a place outdoors
or, if it is not possible for you, in a pot where there is a living plant.
1. We present our respect
to the guardians of this place.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
We do not intend to invade. We come to make an offering to Mother Earth,
to help us materialize our
evolutionary purposes.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The Law of Respect endorses
us.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
2. Make a hole in the ground, or in a pot where there is a living plant.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
3. If you have not yet written your purposes on the flat
stone, write them now. A
word that defines them will be enough.
PAUSE (1 minute)
4. Put some rice in the hole you have made in the earth, as an offering
of love and prosperity for the planet.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
5. Place the stone on which you have written your evolutionary purposes on the rice.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
6 Over it, place the citrine quartz, to give light and joy to your offering, and also to
give back to the Earth a part of herself.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
7. Place the lavender
flower or the lavender seeds or
the lavender essence. To
help you clear the way.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
In this new cycle, which now starts, you just gave Earth instructions to
help you realize your evolutionary purposes.
As you cover your offering, with the land which you previously extracted, thank the Earth, because she is already collaborating with
you and, for these purposes to be fulfilled.
8. Thank from the heart, with the certainty that the help is granted.

9. Place your hands on the earth, to seal your offering with your energy.

10. Feel how your soul
speaks to Earth.

La
Güara is a symbol that represents the strength of unity. Symbols are energy.
In
the Güara are concentrated the desires of spiritual evolution of the people who
knot their bond in the center. That is why it generates a vortex of great positive
influence. Personal power is inside
each one, as well as the answers that help advance, but there are things that
support that advance.
With
the creation of the Güara we do not intend to grant the power to a symbol, nor expect that it will free us from
our trials. We simply present our
respect to the ancestral culture that inspired the birth of the Full Moon Meditations and we benefit from its positive influence in the path
of the people who, month
after month, receive
it as their guardians.
INSTRUCTIONS
TO CREATE IT:
1.
The coordinator of the
group carries a stick or cane of 1 meter and 20 cm. approximately.
2.
Each of the attendants ties
his tie to the stick with three knots, requesting that the strength of the unity helps them
fulfill their purposes of spiritual evolution. It is better that you do it after the meditation, following the understandings that this has
facilitated.
3.
The coordinator of the circle chooses the guardian of the Güara, who will take it to guard it and bring it on next
month, for the next full moon meditation, at which time he will designate the
next guardian of the Güara and will tell the group his/her experience with it
during that month.

OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The Network of Light is created with the
Full moon meditations. We convoke them in this phase of the moon because the
full moon amplifies all that is done during the days it takes place. We thus amplify the effect of the meditation.
An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore, following the cycle of the
Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through which our loving planet
undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network of Light with a new
meditation in each new cycle.
We meditate united in a circle and
then we join this energy that is created by each circle to the one that is
being created by other circles at distance. It´s a circle of light destined
to first balance one ownself and then help humanity and the planet.
At present there are more than 1000
groups which perform it in the whole world, a number that is growing each day.
Would
you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each month. You
will only have to call the people and read it. You can start with a few friends
or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you feel is the best.
You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also have your own
energy and your own way of doing it.

to all those who would like to participate.
