FULL MOON MEDITATION
JULY 31st 2015
DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If possible
wear white clothes.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.
A flat stone with your desires of
spiritual evolution written on it, for the new cycle now beginning.
Some rice.
Flower petals.
If you can not do this meditation outdoors or in
nature, you need also
a potted plant alive, to perform the offering in it.
Just for the groups wishing to
create the “Güara”:
A
piece of satin ribbon of any colour (25 cm long x 0.5 cm wide approx.)

PURPOSE
BEING LOVE INSTEAD OF FIGHT
DEVELOPMENT
This blue moon is the first full moon in this new solar cycle. It is a renovating moon, balancing and protecting from the negative influence that fear or past times caused in us. It is the perfect moment to formulate
commitments requiring an inner shift.
Let’s remember that first we need to
transform the interior so that external is able to change.
Transformation is achieved from the
acceptation of WHAT IT IS, of what exists in us, as something perfect that
performs a function. Perhaps the function of showing us that remaining tied to harmful behaviors and attitudes
never solves things. We
can try to react in other way and generate a change in our consciousness.
We are mightier and stronger than we
even dare to think of. We can achieve the inner shift when we get a broader
perspective and we dare to try new ways of living. If reacting always with fear or
fight kept me in a vicious circle of pain and frustration, may be by trying to
respond with serenity and respect I might discover that that one was the
solution I was looking for, not realising it was there, just at the reach of my
hands.
Once I check its highly beneficial
effect in my energy and my life I find it much easier to keep applying it. Being love instead of fight is the purpose towards we
headed now as humankind. The next evolutionary step that the world needs and yearns for. To
achieve it it’s necessary that everyone of us dares to apply it on his everyday
reality; responding to provocations with serenity, and not with shouts; releasing
the end of the rope that keeps the tension between two useless rivalries;
daring to say I love you when we see
a huge lack of love in the other. Lack of love is shown in such common
behaviours as defiance, aggressiveness and cynicism.
Why don’t we look at those
behaviours as signs that indicate the lack of love in the person who emits them
and quit thinking of him as a dastardly and petty person? When we choose to
think the latter, we are sending him a big load of negativity, and thus, his
lack of love grows. So it’s not surprising that he keeps on acting that way
that disgusts us so much.
The energy of the New Earth is asking us for a shift, and that change needs that we
abandon fight and remember that love is the best answer, the only one which truly
solves the conflicts.
In this solar cycle that has already
begun we are going to project our evolutionary intentions in this way: to be love instead of
fight in our daily realities.
ANNEX 1
THE 13 MOONS CALENDAR
Since 1583, the world follows the Gregorian
calendar. This calendar moves in the 12:60 frequency (12 months per year and 60
minutes per hour). On it, time is measured with non-regular unities. Some
months are 30 days long, and other ones are 31, 28 or 29 if it is a leap year.
Natural frequency of time is 13:20
(13 months and 20 minutes). This allows us counting time by lunar cycles, each
one containing 4 weeks of seven days, resulting in 364 days, plus the day out
of time.
The Thirteen Moons Calendar gives us back the
natural sequence of time:
13 moons of 28 days, plus the day out of time, being July 25th, a day intended for meditation, thanks giving
and celebration. Year by year, this calendar remains unaltered, because every month is 28 days long.
The New
Year day is July 26th, which coincides with the raise of the Sirius star. This way, the Thirteen Moons
calendar not only connects us to the natural cycles of our planets, but also
with the rest of the galaxy.
ANNEX 2
FOR
THE GROUPS WISHING TO CREATE THE GÜARA
The Güara is a symbol representing
the power of unity. Symbols are energy.
The wishes of spiritual evolution of the people who
tie their ribbon to it get concentrated to the Güara. Because of that, it creates a
vortex with great positive influence.
Personal power is within each one
of us, as well as the answers that help us
to advance, but certain things give support to this advance.
By creating the Güara we have no
intention of granting power to a symbol or expecting it to solve our problems. We
are just showing our respect to the ancestral culture which inspired the birth
of this Network of Light, and benefiting from its positive influence on the
path of the people receiving the Güara as their guardians month after month.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CREATE
IT:
1.
The
group coordinator brings a stick or a cane
of approximately 1 meter and 20 cm long.
2.
Each of the attendees ties his/her ribbon to the stick
with three knots,
asking the power of unity to help them fulfil his/her spiritual evolution
purposes.
3.
The
coordinator of the circle chooses the guardian
of the Güara,
who will take it to guard it, bringing it back on the next month for the
following full moon meditation. In that moment he himself will designate the
next guardian of the Güara, and will share with the group his experiences during
that month.
OFFERING
1.
Write down on your flat stone your
wishes of spiritual evolution for the new cycle.
2.
Close
your eyes and take three deep breaths.
3.
Show your respects to all the beings
inhabiting the place where you are.
4.
Ask for the permission of the guardians of the
place to perform the
offering.
5.
Ask Mother Earth for her permission.
6.
Open
your eyes and make a hole in
the earth or in the pot.
7. Place the flat stone
inside the hole, with the intention that Mother Earth will
help you fulfilling your purposes.
8. Seed some rice over it, to give prosperity to your offering.
9. Cover the hole completely.
10. Place your hands on it
and ask the Earth to help you fulfilling your purposes.
11. Thank the Earth, as if it had been already fulfilled. Add confidence to your gratitude.
12. Scatter the flower petals over your offering, as a sign of the beauty you are
going to cast in your life from today on.
13. Get ready for the meditation.
PREPARATION
1st Close your eyes and inspire deeply three times.
2nd Repeat inwardly:
I show my
respects to the being of Light who I am, and encourage me to be myself, from
today on.
I show my
respects to all attendees to this meditation.
Here and now,
I activate the light of my soul, and through it, my connection with Divinity.
3rd
Feel it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
A tube of light arises from the core of the Earth, the heart of Gaia, to your heart.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
From the Source arises a tube of light to your
heart.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
They merge into one only
tube of light, which fully envelopes you.
PAUSE
From the core of the Earth to the
Source,
that great original light we all
depart from, from which we all belong.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
At this moment, a sphere of light emerges from the Source,
which is about to be descending, along
all this tube, to your crown chakra.
PAUSE
It is a sphere of a very shiny
light, pure white.
PAUSE
That brings again to you, the frequency of unity,
so you reconnect with it and remind
you that this is the energy of the New Earth
PAUSE
Feel it coming to you.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That sphere of light reaches your
crown chakra and stops for a few seconds to balance it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And it begins to descend towards the
inside of your head.
PAUSE
It stops by your mind.
PAUSE
It fills it with white shining
light, that erases all the beliefs of
separation,
PAUSE
all the unconscious impulses that
lead you to think that we are different,
PAUSE
that we are separated, that we are
not the same.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That sphere of light, which is the
frequency of unity,
little by little goes down through your spine,
PAUSE
stopping at the height of each
chakra to balance your energy with its frequency.
PAUSE (1 minute)
From the base of your spine, it goes into the center of the Earth, leaving in its wake, inside the
light tube where you are, its pure and shiny energy, the frequency of unity.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
MEDITATION
Completely submerged in it, you are aligned
with the new energy which boosts the Earth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The tube of light is enlarged until encompassing your
whole aura,
PAUSE
your emotions, your thoughts,
everything is aligned with the frequency of unity.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And, as you do so, you remember.
PAUSE
You remember that you
are one with all that exits.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That tube of light is enlarged and
you feel one
with Mother Earth,
PAUSE (10 seconds)
With her landscapes, her
inhabitants, the air enveloping her.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The tube of light continues being extended
and now you feel one with the universe.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
With planets and stars,
with all that it is beyond this
planet.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
You feel that everything is filled with light.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
You then realize that everything is one
thing.
PAUSE
That all is the same thing: pure
infinite light that encompasses everything.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Huge love that dwells everywhere.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Pure divine light which dwells the
tiniest being and in the largest immensity.
PAUSE
Everything is light. Everything is love.
PAUSE
And you are inside it, inside that
enveloping everything light,
PAUSE
which makes you vibrate the same way
as you used to do in the origin, before
incarnating on the Earth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Yonder, in the origin, when you were
just light, not being involved in matter,
you always vibrated in love.
PAUSE
Feel its powerful frequency.
Feel your own essence.
PAUSE (1 minute)
There is no separation from that
perspective
PAUSE
Nor critic, nor judgment, nor harmed
ego, nor pain
PAUSE
because everything is love,
and love heals, elevates, balances
and renews.

Feel its powerful influence in your
whole being.

Now in total connection with your
divinity and with The Whole,
ask for help to take
love to your ordinary life.

Ask for advice to materialize it in
your reality.
In conflicts and painful situations.

How can I be love instead of fight in my life, today
and from now on?

Let the light answer you.

Being love instead of fight is the
answer you were searching for,

the solution that truly solves,
PAUSE
the resource that elevates and gives
harmony back to your life and to your relationships.
PAUSE
Dare to be love instead of fight in
your life and you will see how everything changes
and is transformed into what you
always craved.

The instrument of
liberation you were looking for is you.
PAUSE
You are the one who walks on Earth.
Don’t expect anyone to come and do
it for you.
You are who must carry that infinite
frequency of love and goodness to your acts,
your thoughts and your words.

You know how it’s done.
At this moment you have no doubts.
PAUSE
Let that certainty and that energy
be installed throughout your being.

In your aura, in your physical body,
in your mind, in your chakras, in all you.

So that you never forget again that
you are love

and that you can manifest it in your
life using the voice of your soul, again and again.

Imagine now Mother Earth in the center of the circle

And that baby in her bosom, growing every month, already in full development.

The baby that we are feeding with
every full moon,
manifesting the intention of helping
him growing up and developing in the frequency of unity.

That baby is all of us as one,
together with the planet itself.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Send to him all that wonderful
energy that is now enveloping and running you through.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Project as well that infinite love
that helps you being reconnected with the light and with the One,
with your truly essence.
PAUSE
Send that baby a beam of light,
a loving ray of light that will nourish the
amniotic fluid in which he floats and grows.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
We are nourishing him with the
frequency of unity,
so that he find it easier to develop
in it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
As you do so, feel also that you are
cradling him,
you are cradling that baby with
immense love, with infinite kindliness,
PAUSE
with the purpose of teaching him,
from your inner wisdom,
how to be love instead of fight, when he is born.

He is the child that we are all
together gestating for the Earth and for humankind:
PAUSE
unity, love, the abandonment
of war and separation.

Give him your love as if he was your
own son, because he truly is.
A son you are gestating in unity
with all the rest.

This is how we create the New Earth:
in unity and with love.

Feel him delighted and beginning to
smile,

because he feels the huge love you
are now sending him and which fills his heart with joy.

Thus reminding him his purpose of
life: manifesting unity upon the Earth.

The Earth, which is now in the
center of the circle of the circle, with the baby inside her,
starts expanding its rainbow energy throughout the whole circle,
PAUSE
and stops by for a moment,
encompassing us all, so that we can feel its energy.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The rainbow light dwells every
new-born child’s heart upon the Earth.
PAUSE
Its seed inhabits as well all the
rest’s heart,
adults and born some time ago
children. Every human being’s.
PAUSE
We all can rescue and expand the
rainbow light we carry inside us.
PAUSE
Let that light now enveloping
yourself reminds you about it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
It expands beyond the circle,
PAUSE
to impregnate other places and another
hearts
that are longing for a change and
have asked for her to the universe.

Help to find the way out of their
own pain,
from confusion, from illness or from
sadness.

To recover joy, enthusiasm and hope.

This rainbow light, which we are now
expanding in unity from this circle,
plants its energy wherever it goes.

It remains available for everyone
who wishes to receive it, from this moment on.

It expands beyond and beyond,
as well as the other
spheres of rainbow light do,
the ones that have been born today
in hundreds of places all around the Earth.

coming together to help this shift in consciousness,

Place your attention on them to give
them strength.

Together, they create a single
sphere enveloping
the Earth.

The whole planet is being now beneficiated
with its influence.
Rainbow light generated in unity from
love
and the purpose of recalling that to
be love instead of fight is the only answer.

The rainbow light seeds
its sparkles of light
all over the planet and helps lifting its frequency.

It also helps the ones who have
forgotten it,
remembering that to be love and not
fight is their truly essence.

This Network of Light that we all together have created will remain permanently active around
the Earth, to remember us all that love is
the energy that truly transforms and liberates, and that by abandoning fight in
pursuit of love is the solution to all the problems and all the conflicts, the
frequency that elevates.
We thank all the Beings of light who
have voluntarily accompanied us to guide this meditation.
All the attendees, at presence and
in the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Mother Earth and the
Source, for helping us understanding and connecting.
Place your hands on the Earth and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during the
days it takes place. We thus amplify the
effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to the
strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 900 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We
will send you the meditation each month. You will only have to call the
people and read it. You can start with a few friends or relatives. The ideal
would be to organize it the way you feel is the best. You must feel comfortable
while doing it, and it should also have your own energy and your own way of
doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be
a completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
