FULL MOON MEDITATION

DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If possible
wear white clothes.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.
A flat stone with your material
desires written on it. We talk about all those resources, things, situations or people that can
help you fulfilling your life purpose, your soul’s yearning. It’s not material
desires of the ego.
A citrine quartz to be given to Earth with this offering.
Some flower seeds.
You will
also need a special object for you. You will hand it to another person, as a sign
of detachment, to
say goodbye to that part of you that you will leave behind in this new cycle
and also to facilitate the flowing of new things toward you.

If
you cannot do this meditation outdoors or in nature, you need also
a potted plant alive, to perform the offering in it.

PURPOSE
EVOLUTION
AND CONFIDENCE
NOURISHMENT
With the start of the new year, our
purposes of evolution have been launched. As well as our soul’s yearning to carry out what she set herself
before incarnating.
Lessons and learning are mixed with
the impulse to materialize our life mission itself: to help while enjoying; to
enjoy while performing what we do best.
To fulfill it, sometimes, certain
resources are needed: material goods and situations that allow us to perform
our work with ease. Trust is required to attract them to our lives and allow them to flow freely to
us. Trusting that I deserve everything good that life offers me. Accepting the
gift that life has ready for me. Also trusting that if I move in the direction
of my heart, those resources will come to me at the right time, just when I
will need them.
It is necessary to
release control and be vigilant to the signals that will come to show me the clues that I need to
move forward. When I try to control what happens, everything is confused. If I
let myself flow and enjoy the ride, accepting what is coming as the most
appropriate for each time, I find that everything is perfect and that I have
joined the flow of evolution, thanks to the confidence.
There is an undergoing current below
my feet, which wants to guide me to the New Earth. If I align myself with it
and release control is very likely my personal evolution speeds up, and I
discover at last which is my labour in the world.
This work will allow me to recover bliss inside me. To do this, I will have
to listen to the voice of my heart every time it indicates my course and move toward it, with no doubt and no fear.
Along with this meditation we will
perform an offering to the Earth, in order that she helps us aligning ourselves
to that stream of energy and provides us with everything we need to perform our
role in the world.

OFFERING
1.
On the flat stone write your material
desires for the new
cycle. Remember once again that it’s about soul’s wishes, yearnings of the
heart to materialize your life purpose.
2.
Close
your eyes and do three deep breaths.
3.
Show your respects to all the beings inhabiting the place you are at.
4.
Ask for the permission of the guardians of the place to perform your offering.
5.
Ask Mother Earth for her
permission.
6.
Open
your eyes and make a hole in the sand or in the pot.
7.
Place the citrine
quartz, as a sign
of you intention of giving prosperity to your offering.
Quartz are born from the Earth, and with this
action, we return her what one day she gave us.
8.
Put the flat
stone inside the hole,
with the intention that Mother Earth help you fulfilling your purposes.
Everything you need to fulfill your
life purpose is written on that stone which you now give to the Earth, asking
for her help so that those goods, situations and persons come to you and help
you accomplishing your mission.
9.
In
third place, saw the flower seeds over your offering, to give it life and it grows up.
With these seeds you plant your
confidence too. When you follow the yearnings of your heart, the paths leading
to your soul purpose are clearly and widely shown; doors open.
10. Cover the hole
completely.
11. Place your hands on it
and ask the Earth to help you fulfilling your purposes.
12. Give thanks to Mother Earth, because she is already working for
you, so those things you have requested are fulfilled. From this moment on, you
just have to keep moving in the direction that your heart indicates you.
13. Feel the response of the Earth reaching you.
14. Get ready to perform the meditation.
PREPARATION
1st Close your eyes and inspire deeply.
2nd Repeat inwardly:
I show my
respects to the light inside me.
I show my
respects to the light in all the people performing this meditation in any part
of the world.
I activate
here and now the light of my soul, and through it, my connection with Divinity.
3rd
Feel it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
A thread of light comes from your
heart to the Source,
that
great original light to which we all belong.
PAUSE
A thread
of light that flows reaching it,
PAUSE
it melts into it and connects you to
your origin.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Imagine that another
thread of light comes from your heart,
but this time toward
the center of the Earth.
PAUSE
That thread of light melts into the
inner light of Gaia, the Mother Earth.
PAUSE
It reminds you your human origin.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Your divine origin and your human origin merge in your
heart.
PAUSE
They find their center in it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
From
there, from the heart, the energy of Source and the one of the Earth, as one,
spreads throughout your aura,
as if it
were a huge bubble.
PAUSE
(10 seconds)
Any limiting frequency, belief or
thought that moves you away from your inner balance
it’s now going away or dissolved in
its path.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
This light that contains your two
essences, human and divine,
harmonizes
your aura and raises your vibration.
PAUSE
You feel almost floating, lulled by
that energy,
marvellous pure light, that emerges
from the Source, the Earth and you.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
MEDITATION
Once more the
frequency of unity descends over your body and your aura.
PAUSE
That wonderful energy comes down from
the Source,
it is helping us all to manifest the
New Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The frequency of unity comes down as
sparks of light,
that permeate that luminous bubble
in which you are now.
PAUSE
They impregnate and permeate it, to
reach every corner of your being.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Your
aura shines more strongly now.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Your physical body absorbs it.
PAUSE
That unity light reaches your cells.
PAUSE
Your cells shine also to its beat.
PAUSE
They start a dance, a balancing and
lifting dance, inside you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Reminding your body that it you are
actually light,
you proceed from the light and you
form part of it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Your heart also benefits from this
wonderful, so powerful energy.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Your own light intensifies in contact with it.
PAUSE
Your soul is happy.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Finally willing to manifest in your
life the energy of love, leaving the fight behind,
you go now along the path
that opens before you
at this time.
PAUSE
Look closely, because a bright,
winding, different road shows at your feet,
so you dare moving through it with
confidence.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
That way marks the path of your
soul, the one your soul planned to walk before birth.
PAUSE
Dare to walk it and open your heart;
wide open it,
so you can receive all the signs
which are going to reach you, from this moment on.

Signs
that will show you which the accurate direction is,
the one that really has to do with
the desire of your soul.
PAUSE
Let that way and the signs lead you
to your life purpose.

Do not question anything, leave
behind the doubt for a moment, just feel it.

Look closely, because now, at this
time, a being of light will appear before you.
PAUSE
It is a being of light coming to show
you
what you really need to fulfill your
life purpose.
PAUSE
To do so he will give you three
gifts.
They can be tools, people, things or
situations.

Be open to receive.
Get these three gifts, which this
majestic being of light now offers you,

it easier to you to fulfill your life purpose.

Imagine
two paths open to you,
imagine the way you advance on
splitting in two,

In one of them is the life as you now understand it in your
reality.

In the other is that kind of life that you have
never dared,
by fear, or doubt or insecurity.
That kind of life that you've never
dared to enter.
PAUSE
Before stepping into either of them,
let the heart speak to you.
PAUSE
Let it show you the sign you need to
understand which of the two paths is yours, the one which is aligned with your
soul.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You feel it. Your heart has got the
answer.
It is the high emotion that shows
you the path to walk,
PAUSE
though doubt or anxiety instantly
comes.
PAUSE
Remember that enthusiasm will be
your sign.
PAUSE
You will
just need to add confidence.
PAUSE
Rely on it, if you move forward
through the path your souls yearns for,
everything will turn pleasant, easy,
fun and tremendously satisfying for you.

So move
forward through the path that your hearts wishes and enjoy the journey.

The New Earth is calling us.
PAUSE
In order to go towards it, we just
need to listen to our heart.
PAUSE
To leave doubts and fears behind and
move
forward with confidence, with security,
trusting our inner voice, the soul’s
voice, that is the one which knows the path to follow.

Releasing
control. Letting go.
PAUSE
Accepting that what is coming with
that path is what it has to come at each moment,
PAUSE
so that I evolve
and become the infinite being who I
was called to be in this incarnation.
PAUSE
A being of infinite light who loves,
respects and trust his soul’s voice.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
To move forward to the New Earth, we
just need to be who we are.
PAUSE
Move forward to the New Earth you now see in the
center of the circle.
PAUSE
That New Earth arising there, in the
center of the circle,
and that has a baby
within it growing month by month.
PAUSE
We nurture him now, again, with the
frequency of unity.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
As you progress toward it feel how your
soul is happy.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how your
heart merges with the heart of that baby, with the light of his soul,
PAUSE
to nourish him with your intention
to move forward in internal balance,
to where your heart asks you.

With internal balance and
confidence.

Take your own light into the uterus
of the Earth,
to help this energy to be manifested,
the energy that is driving us all to
be love instead of fight.

To be respect,

to be brothers and sisters.

To remember that we all are light and therefore we are
one.

That there are no differences,
despite the many diversities.

In the heart, we're all
like that baby
that slowly grows and develops into
a new reality,
nourishing with the frequency of
unity, which constantly comes to us from the Source.
Day by day, sun after sun.

Feel that your contribution is
important,
so that baby is strengthened by your
light and your love.

Notice how his aura grows.

His energy spreads around the image
of that Earth floating in the center of the circle.

Forming a beautiful sphere of rainbow light that grows and grows,

The sphere of light expands and expands
beyond

reaching every corner of the planet,

to sow seeds of evolution and confidence
wherever it goes.

Caressing all the hearts,
to invite them to remember and to
join this stream of energy
promoting the arrival of the New
Earth.

Beyond it, the other spheres of light, that have been born in the
distance, are also expanding.

Hundreds of spheres of light created
by circles like this
or by people who have joined alone.
PAUSE
All of them, immense contributions
of light for this shift in consciousness.

Look how they are getting closer to
each other,
PAUSE
attracted by the same frequency of
unity that has generated them.

They all
burst in one.
PAUSE
One that embraces Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And it returns multiplied love to
our beautiful planet.

To add evolution and confidence to
the energy that now populates the Earth.

Evolution towards respect, inner
balance and trust in the voice of the soul.

Sowing
seeds of light on
all continents,

in all oceans,
PAUSE
in the air.

For all the living things to breathe
it, be fed by it and gain more strength.

More strength to face this new
Humankind that we are all together brewing,
wrapped in the frequency of unity.

This Network of Light that we have created together will remain
permanently active around the Earth, to remind us all that the unity is the path, the
purpose and the goal.
We thank all the Beings of Light who
have volunteered joined us to do this offering and this meditation.
Mother Earth and the Source, for giving us their energy
and help us evolving.
All attendees in the presence and in
the distance for collaborating in unity.
Place your hands on the Earth and ask
her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is unable to
sustain.
ATTENTION:
Now, before concluding, choose a person to whom you want to give the special
object that you brought, to detach the character you're not any more, the one
that already goes away, to whom you said goodbye at the end of the previous
cycle.
Choose
that person and give it with joy and detachment, expressing the intention that,
from today on, you advance as a new being. Do it as if it were a decree
from the heart.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The Network of Light is created with the
Full moon meditations. We convoke them in this phase of the moon because the
full moon amplifies all that is done during the days it takes place. We thus amplify the effect of the meditation.
An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore, following the cycle of the
Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through which our loving planet
undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network of Light with a new
meditation in each new cycle.
We meditate united in a circle and
then we join this energy that is created by each circle to the one that is
being created by other circles at distance. It´s a circle of light
destined to first balance one ownself and then help humanity and the planet.
At present there are more than 900
groups which perform it in the whole world, a number that is growing each day.
Would
you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The
only thing we ask you for is that it should be a completely free activity, open
to all those who would like to participate.
