FULL MOON MEDITATION
AUGUST 10th 2014
DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If possible
wear white clothes.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white
candle.
A flat stone on which we wrote our wishes of
spiritual evolution for the new cycle
(initiated last July 26th, after
the Day Out of Time).
Some white flowers seeds.
A citrine quartz to be given to the Earth.
A rose quartz, which will accompany us during the
whole cycle, until June 2015, when we will give it to the Earth.
Just for the groups wishing to create the Güara:
A piece of satin ribbon of any colour (25 cm long x 0.5 cm wide).

PURPOSE
THE BIRTH OF A NEW BEING
Today we start a new cycle with the full consciousness of
having left behind a stage where there was a huge personal growth. Moments of
confusion often mixed with beautiful experiences of connection.
Like the worm that slowly transforms
into a butterfly, we humans evolve into a more loving and higher level of
consciousness. Transiting through different stages and experiences we're
becoming a new being, someone who recognizes, loves and respects himself and who, therefore, can offer that
to the world.
Accepting our own duality to be able
to integrate it.
Respecting yourself to be able to respect.
Acknowledging your own light to be
able to illuminate.
Feeling yourself complete to be able
to feel the unity with the others.
The values of the New Earth are already beating
within us with great force. They break through the fears and limiting beliefs that are binding us to
the past, to what is already gone. Today we rebirth with
this new cycle, determined
to finally be happy, to enjoy life and to move forward in harmony with the
voice of the heart. Confident that in it, we will find all the answers, knowing
that love to ourselves and to others is the key that will open all the doors.
We are going to request the help of
Mother Earth, through an offering in which we will formulate our purposes of evolution for this new cycle and thank her
for all that she provides us every day.
Get ready to perform to offering.
ANNEX
THE 13 MOONS CALENDAR
Since 1583, the world follows the Gregorian
calendar. This calendar moves in the 12:60 frequency (12 months per year and 60
minutes per hour). On it, time is measured with non-regular unities. Some
months are 30 days long, and other ones are 31, 28 or 29 if it is a leap year.
Natural frequency of time is 13:20
(13 months and 20 minutes). This allows us counting time by lunar cycles, each
one containing 4 weeks of seven days, resulting in 364 days, plus the day out
of time.
The Thirteen Moons Calendar gives us back the
natural sequence of time:
13 moons of 28 days, plus the day out of time, being July 25th, a day intended for meditation, thanks giving
and celebration. Year by year, this calendar remains unaltered, because every month is 28 days long.
The New
Year day is July 26th, which coincides with the raise of the Sirius star. This way, the Thirteen Moons
calendar not only connects us to the natural cycles of our planets, but also
with the rest of the galaxy.
OFFERING
1.
Ask for the permission of the guardians of the place to make the offering.
2.
Ask for the collaboration of the elementals of water, air, earth and
fire.
To help you materialize your
purposes.
3.
Make
a small hole in the earth.
4.
Place
the citrine quartz to give prosperity to your offering.
5.
Place the stone on
which you have written your wishes of spiritual evolution for the new cycle.
6.
Ask Mother Earth to help you achieving it.
7.
Plant
the white flower seeds over the offering, so that they endow your goals with life and light.
8.
Cover the offering with earth and place your hands on it, to seal it with your energy.
9.
Thank Mother Earth, with the certainty that she has already attended your petitions.
PREPARATION
1st Invoke the power of Love within you.
2nd Repeat to yourself:
I show my respects to the being of Light that I am.
And to the being of Light that every attendant to this
meditation is.
I activate, here and now, my connection with Divinity.
3rd Feel it and wait
for a few seconds for
the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
Sit down on your offering.
PAUSE
And now inhale
deeply three times.
Release all the tensions and
thoughts distracting you.
PAUSE
And also the ones taking you to any
place or moment different from here and now.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Imagine a great root emerging from
your first chakra, the one that is now in contact with the ground. A great
root going inside the Earth.
PAUSE
That root reaches the heart of the
Earth and embraces it.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
On this moment, Gaia answers
and feeds your root with a great
dose of love,
going up through it until it reaches
you.
PAUSE
Gaia’s energy goes
through your offering and fills it with light.
PAUSE
It tells you: yes, I will. She will
help you fulfilling your purposes of evolution that you have formulated today.
PAUSE
To start helping them to install in
you.
The energy of your offering,
illuminated by Gaia’s light, is going to rise through your chakras.
PAUSE
Feel that energy reaching
now your first chakra and feeding it.
PAUSE
Watch how it nourishes from it.
PAUSE
That energy expands
itself through your legs and feet,
so that you always remember what you
have yourself proposed today as you walk on.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The energy of your offering,
amplified by Gaia’s light, reaches now your second chakra.
PAUSE
Your belly is enlightened.
Your lower back as well.
PAUSE
The energy of your offering will be
present in all your creations,
so that you can move forward
fearlessly and with no limits.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
That energy keeps on rising through
your spinal column
until it reaches your third chakra,
the solar plexus.
PAUSE
Feel your whole abdomen area illuminated,
front and behind.
PAUSE
Sense the effect of your offering in
you, in your solar center,
the one that impulses you to
manifest a big I AM.
PAUSE
Your purposes of spiritual evolution
for this new cycle are already helping you recognising yourself, loving and
respect you just the way you are.
PAUSE
Internally
formulate I AM.
PAUSE
Let that energy nourish your whole
being.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now feel the energy of your
offering, already propelled by Gaia’s love,
it reaches the center of your chest,
your fourth chakra, the heart one.
PAUSE
Pay attention on how it is expanding itself, from there to all over
your body,
PAUSE
so that you always remember that
your heart is connected to Mother Earth,
and that you have just formulate a
commitment with you and with her.
Your evolution will help you, but
also the aggregate.

MEDITATION
Your heart is connected to Mother
Earth and to your offering.
Let’s
activate now your connection with the Source,
so that you begin the new cycle with
both of your essences balanced, the human and the divine ones.
PAUSE
Focus your attention on the Source,
that great light up there, beyond the stars.
PAUSE
An immense and infinite light.
A source of endless love and plenitude.
PAUSE
Watch it, or just imagine it.
There, beyond the sky that your eyes
can perceive, feel the presence of the Light.
PAUSE
A light which observes you, loves
you, understands you and respects you.
PAUSE
A light which allow you being
yourself and which ALWAYS admires you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
That light is now going to send you a bath
of love, respect and acknowledgement,
going straight to your crown chakra,
the one located a few centimetres
above your head.
Feel it.
PAUSE
Feel the divine light descending
today for you, so that you remember that that light is in you.
Recognize the energy that now
impregnates you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
You know that feeling of plenitude.
You already experienced it before
coming to the Earth.
Feel how your connection with the
Source is activated in this moment.

Now let that
light come to your mind and illuminate it.
PAUSE
It fully enlightens it, remembering
its divine connection.
PAUSE
It activates your dormant capacities and strengthens
them.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
That lights tells your mind that you
too, are a being of light.
And asks it to help you moving
forward in harmony with your soul.

That light fills up your mind with
infinite love,
so that it feels respected,
acknowledged and loved.

The light descending from the Source
keeps on going down, reaching your neck,
illuminating every corner that
passes by.
PAUSE
Activating decision and temperance in your throat.
Decision to express your truth to
the world, the truth your soul indicates you.
PAUSE
Temperance for you to do so from
serenity and confidence,
with the certainty that being
yourself is the only path.
The one that will give you back your peace.

At last, the light of the Source
reaches the center of your chest,
where your own light lights up.
PAUSE
Feel how your soul
itself answers the call of the light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Your soul, who knows the way and
remembers who you are.
That is why she asks you to listen
to her, to pay attention to her in your daily life.

She can indicate you the direction
at every step.
Pay attention to her.
On this day when is starting the
birth of a new being in you, listen to your soul’s
voice.
Perceive what she has to say.

The light of the Source will impulse now the energy of
your offering,
so that your evolution purposes pick
their way in the world and in you.

A bath of divine light is going now
through your spinal column, reaching all of your chakras.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
It gets now to your offering and swamps
it with light.
PAUSE
Feel every
single one of your evolutive purposes being illuminated.
PAUSE
Look at them one by one, and
perceive if they have something to show you in this moment.
PAUSE (2 minutes)
Let’s help now all the people who
are not here and wish an evolutive shift in their lives, so that our work in
unity is able to impulse their purposes.

Project your wishes of spiritual evolution
from the heart to the center of the circle, illuminated by the light of the
Source and the energy of Gaia.

A beautiful multicolour sphere of light takes shape in the center of the
circle.
PAUSE
The contribution of every one is
fundamental in this moment.
All together we give shape to the whole.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now we are going to impulse that
sphere beyond the circle.
We’ll do it on the count of three.
PAUSE
One, two, three.
Now! Impulse
it with your intention and feel its wonderful essence in you.

The sphere spreads itself beyond
this place,
planting far and wide the energy of a rebirth.
PAUSE
A new being dawns in the world.
A human being, determined at last to
be happy,
to love himself, to acknowledge, to
self-respect,

to be able to love, acknowledge and
respect the others.

Feel the effect it causes wherever
it goes.
PAUSE
The hearts of the people which it touches resonate with its energy.

The sphere of multicolour light
grows and grows.

The rest of the spheres which have been born today do
it as well,
on hundreds of places all over the
Earth.
PAUSE
Infinite lights that have emerged to impulse a shift
in consciousness
in every area of society and life.

In every human being.
In every intention.
In every purpose.
PAUSE
A new light encouraging us all
turning back our look towards love
PAUSE
and to mutually respect us.

All of those spheres are
going to join in a single one,
to embrace the Earth with its
wonderful energy of evolution and pureness.

They do so.
Feel the
explosion of light generated.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Observe the beauty created in unity.
PAUSE
A great sphere of light already embracing
Mother Earth.
One single sphere of light created
by the strength of unity.
PAUSE
Impregnated with the purposes of evolution of many
people.
PAUSE
A sphere of a such a high vibration
that, from today on, will help humankind and the planet evolving in the frequency of love, respect and
acknowledgement.
PAUSE
We all are light and have got
something wonderful to contribute the world.

This Network of Light will remain
permanently active during this whole cycle,
to help us all remembering our evolutive purposes.
PAUSE
To impulse them, to give them power,
and to generate an expansive wave with it.
PAUSE
It was created by the force of the unity and hence it is infinite.

We thank all the Beings of light who
voluntarily have accompanied us to support this work.
Mother Earth for
hosting our offering and boosting our evolutive purposes.
Every attendant, at presence and in
the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Place your hands on the Earth and ask her to absorb
from you all the energy that your physical body is not able to sustain.

FOR THE GROUPS CREATING THE GÜARA
(Only if
you wish so)
1.
The
group coordinator brings a stick or cane of approximately 1 meter and 20 cm
long.
2.
Each of the attendees ties his/her ribbon to
the stick with three knots, asking the power of unity to help them fulfil
his/her spiritual evolution purposes.
3.
The
coordinator of the circle chooses the guardian
of the Güara,
who will take it to guard it, bringing it back on the next month for the
following full moon meditation. In that moment he himself will designate the
next guardian of the Güara, and will share with the group his experiences
during that month.
The Güara is a symbol representing the power of unity. Symbols are energy. The
wishes of spiritual evolution of the people who tie their ribbon to it get
concentrated to the Güara. Because of that, it creates a vortex with great
positive influence.
Personal power is within each one
of us, as well as
the answers that help us to advance, but certain things give support to this advance.
By creating the Güara we have no
intention of granting power to a symbol or expecting it to solve our problems. We
are just showing our respect to the ancestral culture which inspired the birth
of this Network of Light, and benefiting from its positive influence on the path
of the people receiving the Güara as their guardians month after month.

The network of light was created with the Full moon meditations. We
convoke them in this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that
is done during the days it takes place.
We thus amplify the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it
is very powerful, due to the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore, following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE
NATURAL CYCLES through which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the
effect of the Network of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is
created by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at
distance. It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself
and then help humanity and the planet.
At present there are more than 800 groups which perform it in the whole
world, a number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you
the meditation each month. You will only have to call the people and read
it. You can start with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to
organize it the way you feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing
it, and it should also have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for
is that it should be a completely free activity, open to all those who would
like to participate.
