FULL MOON MEDITATION

DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When
holding your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm
downwards (outcome).

A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.

We are attending a great evolutionary shift on Earth,
as protagonists.
The human being, in unity with the
planet, is undergoing a great transformation.
The process which started on
December 21st in 2012 with the end of the old era is now moving
forward with great force, to lead us all to a new way of living life. The
driving force leading this process is helping us to open our hearts, to fully
feel again all the nuances of life. Also, to listen to our souls, and to be
able to guide our lives from them.
The dual reality is becoming, little
by little, into something else; something new and
different, never
experienced by the beings that inhabit this planet. A new frequency envelops us
and we are adapting to it.
painful processes are sometimes
needed for the heart to open, and the mind to surrender to the truth of the
soul. The mind has trouble leaving the
known, but realizes that his reign ended and that now must collaborate with the
soul. Otherwise, the
reality of the person darkens so much that he/she has no choice but to find
another way out, another option, another way of acting, responding and
thinking. The thought is gaining unprecedented strength. It has never been so easy to materialize what is
thought.
Throughout this innovative
whirlwind, we are realizing that we are able to attract to our lives all we
need to enjoy it: health, joy, pleasant relations, the economic resources that
will allow us to carry out our life plan.
Prosperity
accompanies the evolutionary advance. If we take the wave of change that is already
waving all over the Earth, and allow ourselves to flow with it, to surf it,
allowing it to transform our lives, we will find that everything becomes easy
and pleasant, and that prosperity fills our wilted realities. It inundates them
to prove us that the new direction is love. Things are not anymore achieved
with struggle.
Abundance
in relationships, abundance in the economic, abundance is health and in life
experiences which bring us joy. When we allow ourselves to be love instead of struggle and we give
ourselves to the oneness that we truly are, prosperity comes back to our lives.
Unity between mind and heart, unity with the others, unity with the planet,
unity with the rest of the Universe, which also undergoes a profound change
these days. The return to the Light occurs gradually. We are all involved in
this immense evolutionary shift.
PREPARATION
Close your eyes and get ready to
relax.
PAUSE
Make three deep breaths.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel the strand of light that connects
your soul, from the center of your chest,
to the Source
PAUSE
and to the Earth’s heart.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Repeat inwardly:
I am one in me.
PAUSE
Feel your mind and your heart merge.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
I am one with all the
beings inhabiting this planet.
PAUSE
Merge yourself with the Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
I am one with the
universe.
PAUSE
Merge yourself with it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel every part of this decree as a
reality.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
RELAXATION
Now imagine a shining white light descending to you from the
Source.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It is a shining white light,
gradually getting closer.
PAUSE
It enters through your head and slowly sweeps away low vibrating thoughts and
emotions.
PAUSE
Limiting frequencies.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Everything that you harbor in you
and connects you with fear,
with doubt, anger, resentment, and
sadness.
PAUSE
With guilt, may be.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
That shining white light is
gradually going through your organism,
downwards
from your head,
carrying away with it any emotion or
thought that apart you from your inner balance
and prevents the expansion of your
soul.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Little by little it takes them away and
you're feeling liberated.
PAUSE
Noticing
that your balance and your inner peace are restored.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Let you your soul be expanded from the center of your chest.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And fully encompasses you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Because she is going to guide this
meditation
PAUSE
and show you everything inside you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Allow yourself to feel. Surrender.
Your soul knows you better than
anyone.
She will show you the sensations, certainties
or images

Imagine yourself now in front of a cave.

It is calling you.
You feel the impulse to go in, but
something stops you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You realise that you feel fear.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Something is telling you that it won’t
be easy.
PAUSE
You don’t know what you are going to
find there.
So you resist.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You cling to the place where you
are, believing that the known is safer.
PAUSE
But, gradually that place is drying.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It’s cold and natural resources are running
out.
PAUSE
Colder and colder.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The sky darkens and a storm comes.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The night falls and the sun does not
come back.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Now you have no choice but to enter, if you don’t want to lose life.
PAUSE
So you head into the cave, crying
nonstop, because you cannot stand the fear.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
But something is liberated as you
cry.
PAUSE
Your teardrops are taking away that part of you which was
preventing you from listening to your soul.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You are healing yourself, as you move
towards the cave.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Doubts are falling.
You don’t know how yet, or why, but
you feel it.
PAUSE
You feel the certainty that that is
the path.
You glimpse a light when you go
inside.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You come closer to it, perceiving
that cold is leaving,
PAUSE
a heart-warming air comes,
it dries your clothes and your skin.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And you arrive.
You
arrive and the cave widens.
PAUSE
There is so much light that you
hardly can see what is happening.
You just feel.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Your crying becomes joy.
You keep crying, but of joy.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Meantime, your eyes are gradually
getting used to the place.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
You begin to see with clarity.
PAUSE
It seems the treasure cave, that one you dreamed of so many times.
PAUSE
Wealth is around you.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
But there is much more than that.
Realize.
PAUSE
Observe.
PAUSE (2 minutes)
Everywhere you find answers, understandings,
PAUSE
images that show you clearly what
you didn’t see before.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Gone people, may be,
there you find them.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And a green light impregnating you,
PAUSE
healing and lifting you.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Now you see that the cave is an
entrance,
a huge gateway
to a new life.
PAUSE
You will find an uncertain future in
it.
It is not written. You will do so,
with your steps.
PAUSE
Now you know that there is no
turning back, that this is the right direction.
PAUSE
You convince yourself to leave
behind everything you no longer want in your life.
PAUSE
Everything which is now perishing.
PAUSE
All that no longer vibrates with the
new energy that drives your life.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You leave struggle, rancor, judgement and criticism
behind.
PAUSE
You leave fear behind,
PAUSE
the false idea of separation,
PAUSE
sadness.
PAUSE
You leave lack of self-esteem
behind,
because you understand that, in this
new life, you need yourself as your partner.
Being yourself, your best friend,
PAUSE
your ally at every step of the way.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And this way you give yourself to your new life.

Observe what happens.

Magic comes back.
PAUSE
Light returns. The
true frequency that lifts you returns:

love and all its wonderful
creations.

In this new life, love is what gives richness back to
you.

Full wealth in all areas of your
life,
infinite prosperity.
PAUSE
Abundance reaches you
when you decide to be love instead of fight.

That ones are the rules in this
cave.

It looked liked a cave, but it is a
gateway to your new life.
PAUSE
It’s funny! You
were scared before entering
PAUSE
and now you realize that here it’s
where you always wanted to be.

This is where you want your life to develop,
PAUSE
with the full awareness that
everything is perfect,
PAUSE
that all we add up in this shift in
consciousness,

that no matter the attitudes,
PAUSE
but only the light of every soul,
making his way,
from his own cave,

into the vastness that Unity represents.

Left behind are the old patterns,
those which deviated your from your
true self.

Everything is new now,
and Love is the
creative frequency.

Love which attracts abundance to

It comes easily when you decide to
listen to your soul
and apply in your life the solutions
proposed.

In this cave full of light and
purpose
you can perceive with total clarity the next
step in your way,
the one that aligns your with the
New Earth.

Feel it without any doubt.

Entering this cave has represented a
great evolutionary jump to you,
a
quantic jump,
which you can share with others, if
you wish.

Let your heart absorb its frequency,

because, in short, you will project it
toward the center of this circle.

Prosperity is found in trust.

The trust you have as you move on
toward your new life.

with the intention of helping others

A gorgeous sphere of golden light is taking shape in the center of this circle,
with each one’s contribution.

that, in order to connect with the
energy of the New Earth
and attract abundance into our
lives,
it is necessary to leave fear behind
and decide ourselves to abandon the fight.

To substitute it for love.

Applying thus the solutions of the
soul.

Soul knows and guides us.
Each with his own.

Soul show us the path towards
authentic prosperity.

The sphere of golden light that has

is expanding little by little

Feel the beauty of this magical

The spheres of light
are merged together to create a single one great golden
sphere around the Earth.

A great sphere that gives love,
which is the vibration that connects with abundance,
the true one, the one that
encompasses all the areas of each human reality.

This golden light will help us
remembering it every day.

Feel your connection with it.

We thank all the Beings of Light who voluntarily has accompanied us to guide this

Mother Earth and the Source, for

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
