FULL MOON MEDITATION

(JANUARY 6th in countries where the feast of the Three Kings is
celebrated)
DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white clothes
if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
A rose quartz, which will accompany us during the
whole cycle, until June 2015 when we will give it to the Earth.

PURPOSE
RECOGNITION OF THE LIGHT IN THE OTHER
We are spiritual beings. In our
heart dwells a soul. The soul is wise, knows the way to go. The soul is part of
the light of God, the Original source that created everything. A small part of
that light inhabiting a human body to help with their own
experience, to the evolution.
We evolve when we allow light and
love to resolve our conflicts, our fears and insecurities. We evolve when we
recourse to the voice of the heart, rather than to the one of the mind, to
understand what happens to us and to the others.
All the information you need is in
your soul, because she knows the way to go. She created the plan of life that
we would develop on Earth at the incarnation. That so valuable information is
inside every human being as light, in his soul.
Therefore, each of us is profoundly wise to carry out his own
life plan. If we
hear the voice of the heart, the appropriate paths open to advance through them
to fulfill what we have come to fulfill. But sometimes, we ignore the call of
the heart and we move into uncertain paths that do not lead us anywhere or which
make us to move in circles until we are dizzy, confused and filled with pain.
Do we stop being wise when we fall
into one of those mazes? Absolutely not. The
information is still beating within us, waiting to be considered, to be listened
to.
Are we despicable because we are
confused and wandering the streets of desolation? Absolutely not. We still have
a soul within us, a light, and that light is sister to all of the lights, to all
of the souls that inhabit the universe.
Recognizing
my own light is the
first step to regain my inner balance and self-confidence.
Recognizing the light in the other is an essential ingredient for evolution.
The Earth is moving towards higher dimensions and it must do so in unity.
Today we will recognize the light in
the other to take another step towards integration.
PREPARATION
1st Close your eyes and invoke the power of Love in you.
2nd Repeat for yourself:
I show my respects to the
being of Light that I am.
And to the beings of
light everyone attending to this meditation is.
Here
and now, I activate my connection with Divinity.
3rd
Feel it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
Breathe in deeply to get relaxed.
PAUSE
Allow the air take all your tensions
out of you.
PAUSE
Do it three times.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel your connection with the Earth
in this moment.
PAUSE
Put all your attention on your root
chakra.
Imagine how it merges with the heart
of the Earth.
PAUSE
Perceive yourself as one with the Earth.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Sense now your connection with the
Light.
PAUSE
Place your attention on your crown
chakra.
Imagine how it merges with the
Source.
PAUSE
Perceive yourself as one with the Source.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now let Heaven and Earth merge into your heart.
Feel the light of the Source and the
light of the Earth reaching the center of your chest.
PAUSE
Becoming one in you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Your soul expands in contact with that unity.
Feel it. Perceive how it fully
encompasses you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel also how it balances your energy.
PAUSE
Your soul is tremendously powerful.
It has got the frequency of love.
Love is the only energy which truly
transforms and frees.
Feel the power of your own soul
expanding.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
MEDITATION
When you allow your soul to expand
and lead your life,
it is transformed into an experience
of joy and connection.
PAUSE
Look closely. When
you are immersed in the light of your own soul, completely surrounded by it,
you let your oldest memories flow, the ones which are related to your origins
of light.
PAUSE
Feel how you are travelling back in time, to the
beginning of everything,
when you were only light and you had
not yet separated from the Source.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Travel to that moment. Feel it again.
You are part of the Source.
PAUSE
And you decide to incarnate.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Observe how you disaggregate from it
A small sphere of light which becomes a soul.
PAUSE
She is about to experience.
PAUSE
You are carried by the best
intentions.
You want to help the common
evolution.
You wish to help the light expanding, so you offer
yourself as a volunteer.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You leave, agreeable to live in
places where light does not exist.
PAUSE
You decided it. You wished it. Do you remember it? Feel it.
PAUSE (1 minute)
You travelled to the Nothing with your best
intentions.
When you arrived you realized that
it may not be so easy.
Then your evolutionary process
begun.
PAUSE
As well as your contribution.
You started to become strong facing the difficulties.
PAUSE
You went discovering the path back
to the light, after being wrong so many times.
PAUSE
And, as you were remembering your
origins, little by little, and you allowed your own light to be your guide, you
were becoming brighter, stronger, wiser and more able.
Do you remember it?
It doesn´t matter. Feel it.

Now you live in a human body.
A new experience.
A new possibility to be light in the density.
PAUSE
Remember, when you allow your soul
to be the one who solves the difficult situations, you go forward a big
stretch.

You become stagnant
when you ignore the voice of the heart.
PAUSE
It happens because your soul is wise
and knows the way to follow.
She knows that you came here to
learn and to help the evolution of the ensemble.
PAUSE
The best way to help the others is
letting them learn by themselves what they have to
learn.
PAUSE
Allowing them to perform their role
in the world.
PAUSE
Letting their souls find the path
back to the light,
Because that is how they evolve and
help the whole too.

Can you see that light inside them?

First focus yourself on the light that everyone
in this circle carries
in his heart.

Feel its power and its energy.
PAUSE
Feel its divinity as well.

Now we are going a step further.
Think of your parents.

Can you see the light inside them?

Connect with that light, in order to
see what it has got to show you.
First, your
father’s.

Then, your
mother’s.

Now choose a person you love much.
PAUSE
Connect with its inner light.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Let the energy of his/her soul show
how he/she is and the role he/she plays in your life.

Feel the purpose of the connection
linking the both of you.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Finally, something perhaps a little more
difficult.
Connect with the light of the person
that you find it most difficult to love.
PAUSE
Somebody who you consider to be dark, wrong, or even
wicked.
PAUSE
Imagine him/her in front of you and
observe the light in the center of his/her chest.
PAUSE
Can you see it?
Imagine it if you can not see it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Now feel his/her energy.
PAUSE
How is it?
PAUSE
What do you feel?
PAUSE
Has it got any message for you?
PAUSE (1 minute)
Let your soul be the one who answers.
Simply expand your own light towards
that person.
PAUSE
And watch.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
What is happening?
PAUSE
What produces the touch with your
soul to him/her?
PAUSE
Feel it with no judgement.
Allow your soul fulfill her task.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Do you realise?
It is the huge power of love.
Love is the only energy that truly
transforms and frees, and it is implicit in your soul.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Now we are going to help the energy
of recognition spread around the world.
To do that, we are together emitting
a common message.
We will send it towards the center
of the circle.
PAUSE
Project the following words to the center of the
circle, from your
heart:
I recognize your light, brother.
PAUSE
It is the same light inside me.
PAUSE
You and I, we are part of the One.
PAUSE
God is
inside me. God is inside you.
PAUSE
Your soul and my soul are deeply wise.
PAUSE
(We repeat this three times)
And now feel how a sphere of light is taking shape with all that energy we have sent.
PAUSE
A sphere of blue light that gains
strength as you place your attention into it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel its mighty strength before expanding it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
We expand it around the circle, on
the count of three.
One, two, three. Now.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The sphere of light expands all around the circle.
PAUSE
It pauses, before going further, to
first cause its effect on us here.
Feel it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Now let it go.
Propel it with the power of your
intention.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The sphere of light expands more and
more to plant its energy wherever it
goes.
PAUSE
It is just a message.
A direct message to the heart of all
the people who want to listen to it.
PAUSE
The recognition of their light.
PAUSE
A seed of unity which son will bear
its fruit.
PAUSE
Feel how it impregnates.
Feel how it permeates.
How it transforms and elevates.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Many hearts open to its light.
Many souls vibrate with its message.
A comforting and calming message.
A message inviting us to abandon the
fight and to open our hearts.
Perceive it.
Watch the effect it causes on the
world.

Gradually, the sphere of blue light
expands to go and meet the others,
the other spheres created today in
the distance, from many places around the Earth.
PAUSE
Observe the beauty in each one of
them.
All of them aimed at a common
purpose:
helping us all to recognize that there
is also light in the other.

They get closer and closer until
they create together a single one around the planet.
PAUSE
Enjoy the magic of this moment.
PAUSE
Sense the power of unity.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Together we create the New Earth.
Together we advance in unity and
rebuild with love that what one day was destroyed.

A great sphere of blue light is embracing now our
planet,
to offer us all, permanently, its
message:

We are light.
We are one.
We can advance in unity,
if we understand that we
all are part of the same,
and the common purpose of
helping the evolution of the whole boosts us,
favouring the evolution
of each.

The Earth vibrates in joy when she
feels how this message is now expanding itself.
PAUSE
Feel her gratitude.
Feel her smile.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
This Network of Light will remain
permanently active around the Earth, to help us
all seeing the light in our hearts and to see the light in the other’s heart.

Whoever he is.
Whatever he does.

Unity ceases being just a concept
when we take it to practical from the heart.

We thank all the Beings of Light who
voluntarily has accompanied us in order to support this job.
Mother Earth and the Source, for materializing unity in each one of us.
All the attendees, at presence and
in the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Place your hands on the Earth, and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
RECOVERING UNITY
The Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We
convoke them in this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that
is done during the days it takes place.
We thus amplify the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it
is very powerful, due to the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore, following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE
NATURAL CYCLES through which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the
effect of the Network of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is
created by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at
distance. It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself
and then help humanity and the planet.
At present there are more than 900 groups which perform it in the whole
world, a number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you
the meditation each month. You will only have to call the people and read
it. You can start with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to
organize it the way you feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing
it, and it should also have your own energy and your own way of doing it.

is that it should be a completely free activity, open to all those who would
like to participate.
