FULL MOON MEDITATION

DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9:00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People attending
this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside the circle.
When
holding your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm
downwards (outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind. It will accompany us during the
complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of 2017.

CREATIVITY
CREATIVITY
In direct connection with our hearts, the values of
unity flow freely. A new
being emerges in our lives and we
become more capable of manifesting what the soul asks of us.
We are unique and perfect beings, each one in his
individuality, who forms the whole of unity together with the other
individualities. Separated into different bodies, with diverse characteristics,
our souls live the human
experience for the purpose of bringing light to matter. Conscience becomes illuminated when the soul gets
her to understand unity.
Being one means to be part of the same, beings that complement the
Whole with their wonderful peculiarities. Each one contributing with what he does best, with
what he enjoys the most, we create among all a network of light on Earth. All
the qualities are necessary to complete the fusion that human being leads today.
Light and matter becoming one within each person. Mind and heart shaking hands,
to advance towards the same place. Internal cohesion, the first step to
achieving cohesion with others.
As unique and perfect pieces of a puzzle that is
gradually being completed, each of us must take his place to achieve happiness.
That lift effect transforms us and
positively influences the whole.
Creativity
helps us to achieve this because, through it, we allow our hearts to speak. We are able to create
authentic wonders from the soul. Using the abilities that our
brain possesses and that must be put at the service of the heart to generate a
magical and accurate effect. If we
let the information we carry within, arise through creativity, we will discover
the great wonders that were always in our interior.
The new human being trusts himself and everything he
is able to imagine, because the capacity to imagine is one of the most beautiful
tools which he was endowed with. It
is the key that opens the door of the heart, so it allows access to the great
knowledge that each soul brings to transmit in its incarnation. We illuminate
the world by bringing to matter what we imagine from the soul, and thus we
fulfill much of the role that we came to play.
We came to create the New
Earth and that is achieved through
the heart. Each one contributing his message in the form of a song, a writing, a painting or any
type of project that is new and that emerges from the heart.
New ways of relating, new companies, new ideas, new
directions. Altogether, to achieve the evolution goal that fraternizes us,
beyond heart. Bringing light to matter through the creativity that arises from
each being. We all possess it, perhaps it was diminished, but it never ceased
to be within us.
Today we will rescue this
beautiful ability, so
that it flows again freely and we can create what we came to create.
PREPARATION AND RELAXATION
Close your eyes and get ready to
relax.

Inhale and exhale with the intention
of getting rid of everything that worries or disturbs you.
PAUSE
Do it three times
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Now imagine the
thread of light emerging from the center of your chest,
towards the sky, towards
the Source, that
great infinite light from which one day you left.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Imagine also that from your heart,
in the center of your chest,
there is another thread of light towards
the center of the Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Connected with the Source and with
the soul of the Earth, feel the Light in you.
PAUSE
A light that opens up and shows you
your divinity.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
A light that is projected
to your mind from
your heart.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
So that your mind understands that
you are light, that you are love, that you are infinite and eternal.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Repeat internally:
I am one in me.
PAUSE
I am one with the Source.

I am one with Mother Earth.

Now let these words expand
throughout your aura.

I am one in me.

I am one with Mother Earth.

Your body is also impregnated with this energy, which your words
emit.

Your
cells begin to
vibrate at this pace,
at the pace of this energy of
integration and unity
which you now emit from your heart
and from your mind as well.

I decided before I incarnated,

Before incarnating, when my soul

incarnate as the person you are today.

You travel in time, with your

assumed the commitment to return.
Returning to Earth, to perform a
task.

At that moment you knew with
certainty that you were capable,

that although the challenge was
great, you were going to achieve it.

You would overstep all obstacles.

You would become stronger along the
way, and wiser as well.

You would listen to the signs of the
road, in order to remember who you were and what you came for.

You would also listen to your inner
voice,
Because it would keep all the memories,
all the information of your task.

This way you planned to reach this land
PAUSE
and you approached its reality,
PAUSE
choosing those who would be your
parents.

Because their qualities and also their
defects would create the proper environment,
so that you could fulfill your
function.

Remember it now, that moment in
which you approached them for the first time,
being just a small sphere of light.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
A small sphere of a tremendously
luminous light.
PAUSE
who felt brave and confident.
Who trusted in herself and in life.
PAUSE
and knew that everything would go
well.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That sphere of light reached your freshly
created body, and at the time of gestation,
PAUSE
light
and matter merged within you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
At that moment your path began in
the third dimension,
the place in which you now inhabit.
PAUSE
The rules of the game are simple: there is
light and darkness.
PAUSE
You have
to learn to navigate between them without losing yourself.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You checked it while you were
growing up in your mother's womb:
PAUSE
that it was not easy,
PAUSE
that the dark side of duality made
you feel very unpleasant things,
PAUSE
but that the luminous side lifted
you up again and again.

Every time you felt love, your heart
was opening

and the light of your soul rose, to
rescue you and help you remembering.

To be able to navigate in that dual
game without losing yourself, you
were endowed with a beautiful capacity:

ability to imagine.

Thanks to it you could move to
infinite worlds,
to beautiful places,
where you raised your vibration in contact with light
and with love too.

Locked
in a corner of your mind, perhaps, under layers of oblivion and confusion,
the treasure of your imagination is
saved.

Go there, towards that corner of
your mind.

And emit a pink signal from the heart,

direct to that hidden treasure.

Fill it with light.

Tell it
that now yes, that you trust it.

You trust in your beautiful capacity
to imagine.

Tell it you're going to give it a
chance.

That you will allow your imagination to flow.

To make your life full of creativity

and the voice of your soul can at
last be heard in your world.

Feel how that pink energy and the
effect of your words
are
dissolving the layers of density that covered the treasure.

Limiting beliefs are falling down,

the messages that perhaps you heard
as a child, and blocked you.

All of them are falling down, and a light
of rainbow color emerges,

which expands throughout your head
PAUSE
and reaches your heart.

Creating
an indissoluble bridge of rainbow light between mind and heart.

Ideas and messages begin to pass
through it,
PAUSE
From your soul to your mind,
PAUSE
from your mind to your soul,
PAUSE
and thus the collaboration starts.

You see
yourself as a creative being.
PAUSE
You create wonders with your hands,
with your music or with your voice.
PAUSE
You create unceasingly, no matter
how. Let the information flow.

Look at yourself creating something
beautiful,

something that is born from your
heart.

And do not question it, please. Just
enjoy it.

What you
are creating is your contribution to the New Earth,
that world of higher vibration, to
which we walk steadily.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
