DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To perform in circle with other people or alone
manifesting the intention to join one of the circles that performs the
meditation in the distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.

WHAT
TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind, which will accompany us during the
complete cycle,
until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer
of 2018.

PURPOSE
UNITY IN OUR INTERIOR 4
UNITY BETWEEN THE FEMALE PART AND THE
MALE PART
IN EVERY HUMAN BEING
The human being is a whole himself. The whole universe revolves inside him. He has inside all the qualities inherent to life. God manifests through him, just as he does through any glimpse of life.
By looking inside each person we can discover her immensity and the way
in which duality expresses itself in her. Light and matter, love and fear, mind and heart reflect the extremes of a constant internal movement, which determines their experiences.
Within each of us there is also a man and a woman, complementary nuances of unity. Man is the part that tends to action, courage, impulse, and acts with strength, security and firmness; the woman is the part that creates, that gathers, that feels, that embraces and you supports. Also, it’s the part which perceives the heart signals and transmits them to the male part, so that they are put
into practice through action. Feminine part and masculine part are thus, inside the human being, essential and
necessary.
On many occasions, the balance between the two of them is lost as a result of the way of
life, which drags us into patterns of thought that encourage one more than the other. Since we are children, we are educated to believe that men should be men
and women, should be women, diminishing our natural ability to manifest the balance between both.
Today we will recover
our internal unity focusing on that aspect of ourselves, in order to be able to advance as complete beings that easily use all
their abilities.
RELAXATION
Close your eyes and begin to relax.
PAUSE
Adopt a comfortable posture and surrender to the present moment.
PAUSE
Focus all your attention here and now.
PAUSE
Just this moment exists.
There is only this place.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Breathe and notice how the air that goes in and out
from you
exercises an automatic movement on your belly and on your chest.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
A natural movement that, little by little, is taking a slower pace.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
It's like if you’d let go of all the tension when you exhale,
as if your body were slowly distending, with each exhalation,
surrendering to the Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel the heartbeat of Mother Earth
in the part of your body that is in contact with the ground.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And that beats reminds you that you are part of this planet,
PAUSE
that you are united to it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The Earth, your first mother,
PAUSE
who now sends you her energy of unconditional love and infinite strength,
so that you feel accompanied, supported and clothed.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel your connection with her throughout your body.
PAUSE
Your body is part of the Earth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel as well the presence of your soul in the center of your chest,
PAUSE
that now manifests as a very bright light,
which grows and expands when you place your attention on it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Imagine that light shining in the center of your chest
PAUSE
and let the beauty of your soul be displayed through
your imagination.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Your soul is united to God through a thread of light,
which is now also shown,
to guide you to the Source, the original light,
PAUSE
the matrix of life.
PAUSE
Real life is in your heart: your immortal soul,
which is a part of God, of the first light.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
When you expand your soul in the center of your chest it also reaches your mind,
flooding with light the inside of your head.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
God manifests now inside your head, thanks to your own soul,
PAUSE
reminding your mind of your divine origin.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel the strength of your own inner divinity,
permanently connected to the Source, to God, to the original light.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Mind and heart become one, here and now, in you, thanks to your soul.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Feel the power of this unity spreading throughout your body.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Through your aura, as well,
PAUSE
installing the new frequency in it:
divine being and human being, acting with internal
coherence .
PAUSE
The soul shows the way,
the mind figures out how to carry it out.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Continue to breathe normally,
while this frequency is installed in your aura .

MEDITATION
Now imagine yourself inside a beautiful crystal palace.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Gleams of rainbow light arises everywhere,
when the sunlight touches the crystal of your palace.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Look at yourself in there,
bathed in the rainbow light that comes from everywhere.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
You look around you and realize that in the back of the room, there is a great mirror.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You approach it
and stop to observe your image.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
A rainbow spotlight emerges, from the sky, and envelops you completely.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Suddenly you see yourself reflected in the mirror,
Splitting yourself into two.
PAUSE
Two pictures of yourself are manifesting before you.
PAUSE
One, showing you all your feminine abilities
PAUSE
and the other one showing your male abilities.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Your feminine part shows you your
sensitivity,
your ability to perceive the world of the subtle,
PAUSE
your creativity, your creative capacity.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The facility to offer unconditional love to all living beings.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Observe yourself. Pay attention on that part of yourself.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Perceive the message that your feminine side now wants to convey.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Observe now your masculine part, reflected in that mirror ,
PAUSE
that other you who shows great courage to face life.
PAUSE
Self confidence,
confidence in his own resources.
PAUSE
That other you who tends to action, who advances with will and firmness in life,
PAUSE
who embraces and protects, conveying confidence
and strength.
PAUSE
Observe well that part of yourself
PAUSE
and perceive the message that your masculine part wants to transmit to
you.

Perhaps you feel that one is bigger than the other, that one of the two is more developed . PAUSE (10 seconds)
If so, let the one that feels smaller show you,
what is what it needs to be balanced and being at the same height as the other.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Both are part of you and have the same right to develop within you,
to grant you the beauty of its abilities and help you advance as a
complete being.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
So now open up your arms
PAUSE
and invite them to pass into the rainbow
spotlight that envelopes you from heaven.
PAUSE
Let both leave the inside of the mirror, and come to you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Let them enter you
PAUSE
and fill you with their love and their infinite devotion,
PAUSE
so that both, inside you, can function as just one being which works as a team.
PAUSE
The masculine part providing all that
courage, confidence, security,
that helps you to advance,
that leads to action, which materializes.
PAUSE
The feminine part helping you feel the
way,
to feel all the experiences that life offers you,
PAUSE
to develop compassion and unconditional love,
towards yourself and towards all the beings that inhabit this planet,
PAUSE
to perceive the connection with God and with the Earth,
PAUSE
to develop your psychic abilities
PAUSE
and to create .
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The one without the other is incomplete.
PAUSE
Allow them to embrace inside you
PAUSE
and decide, starting today, to use them in the same way, in equanimity,
PAUSE
both of them bringing you all the good that they can offer you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Come back now to this circle, still wrapped in that rainbow light tube.
PAUSE
Leave behind the crystal palace, but bring with you the rainbow light,
that has allowed you this internal unification,
this self-recognition and this healing.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel yourself here now, among us, carrying the rainbow light,
that already floods you from within,
PAUSE
and project it towards the center of
the circle,
to start creating, among all, a sphere of rainbow light,
that will carry printed the internal unity between the feminine and the masculine of each being.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Imagine that a ray of rainbow light comes out from your heart
PAUSE
and it unites, in the center of this circle, with the light
projected by the other participants.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
This sphere of rainbow light now bears a message:
PAUSE
Embrace everything in you, allowing all your abilities to develop.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Gradually, the sphere of rainbow light grows, with the loving contribution of each one.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It begins to expand, till it encompasses
the entire circle.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
All the attendees are now inside it,
PAUSE
feeling its renovating and magical effect,
PAUSE
feeling the strength of unity,
PAUSE
perceiving the message that this rainbow light wants to deliver us,
to each one of us.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Let's expand it now further,
so that it reaches other places,
PAUSE
other people, who will receive it only if they accept its energy.
PAUSE
It is also an answer to those requests for help
that other people have formulated to the universe, to God,
to the angels, to their spiritual guides and to life.
PAUSE
We will expand it on the count of three,
as an invitation, without imposing its energy.
PAUSE
One, two, three. Now. Expand it with your intention.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how it advances and leaves its precious rainbow light in the air,
PAUSE
available to all those who wish to open themselves to its frequency.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
It expands on and on and goes to meet the
other spheres of rainbow light,
which have been created today in thousands of locations
around the Earth.
PAUSE
Many are the persons who, tonight, join this work,
in unity with others or alone.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how each sphere expands itself, big or small,
feeling attracted by the others.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And how, little by little, they unite in a large sphere, around the planet.
PAUSE
A large sphere of rainbow light that flashes
PAUSE
and emits a signal, an invitation to remember,
PAUSE
an invitation addressed to all humanity:
Brother, sister, embrace yourself.
PAUSE
Embrace all the parts of yourself.
Let all of them be showm and manifested in your life,
so you can move forward as a complete being.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
This sphere of light has such a high vibration
that is able to heal the air,
PAUSE
Water
PAUSE
and all the layers of the soil and the subsoil .
PAUSE
As a conscious humanity we take responsibility for what was created by
all humanity, offering this rainbow light as a present of love and hope .
PAUSE
Rainbow light heals, balances and restores the original balance.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The original balance of all the systems of this planet.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
We begin with a new light.
Rainbow light, the frequency of the New Earth .
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Sparks of that light are giving off, permanently,
from the sphere that embraces the Earth.
PAUSE
A sphere of love that we have created among all, with the power of intention,
with the strength of the heart,
PAUSE
offering our own internal balance as a gift, as an evolutionary example.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
An example that helps remembering.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
PAUSE
This Network of Light that we have created between all of us will
be permanently active around this planet. It has been created by the strength of the one and that is why it is
indissoluble and eternal.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
We thank all the light beings who have voluntarily joined us in
this meditation.

Mother Earth and the Source, for giving us their unconditional love and their infinite strength.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
All the attendees, in presence or in the
distance, for collaborating in unity.

Place your hands on the Earth and ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is
not able to sustain.
PAUSE (20 seconds)

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
