FULL MOON MEDITATION

MEDITATION AT 9:00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When
holding your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm
downwards (outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.

PURPOSE
THE LIFE PLAN
HOW I WILL MATERIALIZE ONENESS
Inner unity is the basis for unity with the others, the starting point, the mainstay on
which it will be built. If I am in a fight against myself I cannot be in peace
with the others, because they will reflect that of which I lack to me, with
their behaviours and attitudes.
To materialize unity I must embrace my obscurity and respect myself, above all things. I must learn to
be love, beginning with the love I give to me myself. Included in that love are
the challenges in the way and the signs that will lead me to my life purpose.
I must attend the voice of my soul that is constantly guiding me. I
must consider myself able to overcome any challenge and
move beyond the tendency to escape from what I find difficult or what I do not
like about me. I am capable of much more than I dare to imagine, I am a valid,
strong, brave and luminous being. I may have forgotten, but all those qualities
are in me. When I project the opposite I get angry and confused, but when I remember
it I fly again.
I must fly over difficulties to feel
me as the bird watching the Earth from above and understands the meaning of each
and every thing. When I look at my life in its entirety avoiding myself to be
trapped in the mists and the horror that blind and confuse me, I am able to
accept and respect the purpose of each experience. Everything performs a function, we all
fulfill a purpose. Oneness is exactly that: each one of the parts making up
life takes its place, performs a function, complementing the other ones, and
together, they create a perfect whole. That is the perspective which will help
me accepting and embracing when my mind wants to be carried away, again, by
separation and struggle.
PREPARATION AND RELAXATION
Close your eyes and get ready to
relax.
PAUSE
Breath in and out three times,
deeply.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Take your attention to the center of
your chest, the place where your soul shines.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Manifest your intention to activate your divinity in
you.
PAUSE
Here and now, I activate
the light of my soul.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how that light expands from the
center of your chest,
to encompass you completely.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
A bit beyond your body,
the
light of your soul expands to also embrace your aura,
your whole aura.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Allow the vibration of your soul
erase any low vibrating frequency in your energy.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The light of your soul is able to
raise your frequency, just by expanding it,
because it vibrates to the beat of divinity.
PAUSE
From that point show your respect to the
human being who you are and to the being of light in you.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Show your respect as well to each of the participants in this meditation.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Let the energy to harmonize in the
circle,
with this frequency of respect,
acknowledgement and love.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Ask the Source for help to
raise even more your vibrational frequency.
PAUSE
To be as close to love as possible.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The light of the Source attends your
call and descends to you as a white light sphere,
PAUSE
which is little by little going down
through your upper chakras,
the ones which are beyond your
physical body.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Until reaching the seventh one, the crown chakra, a few centimeters above your head.
PAUSE
It stops there to irradiate its
light.
PAUSE
At this moment, the Source is giving
to you, once again, the oneness frequency.
PAUSE
Feel its beautiful vibration already
spinning above your head.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Helping you vibrate to its beat.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Allow it now to descend inside your
head,
to reach your sixth chakra, at the height of your forehead.
PAUSE
Feel it balancing your third eye,
your psychic abilities,
so you turn more and more intuitive,
more perceptive.
PAUSE
So that your psychic qualities are completely
at the service of the light, guided by the light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The Source descends even more, to your
throat.
PAUSE
It arrives there in the shape of
that sphere of white light,
to balance your fifth chakra, the
one of the communication.
PAUSE
This light prepares it for your soul
to speak through it.
Your soul, and not your mind.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
Think about it, why is your heart so
close to your throat?
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Actually, your throat is the
instrument that enables you to express your inner unity,
the one generated when mind and
heart unite.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It is the chakra located between
both.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Always remember this when you
dispose yourself to express.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Your mind leads the motor qualities
that enable your speaking and communication.
PAUSE
Your heart express the message that
your soul came to manifest.
PAUSE
Allow your throat to be the
instrument generating unity in your world.
PAUSE
Mind and heart as one, through your
voice.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That sphere of white light that the
Source gives you today, with the oneness frequency,
reaches now the center of your
chest, your fourth chakra,
PAUSE
and fills it with light, to remind
you all the unconditional love that is in you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
We will now follow the same
process from the Earth,
PAUSE
so that you remember unity with her
as well.
Ask her help to vibrate higher,
PAUSE
in harmony with the human being that
you are, with the being of light that you are, and with her.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
The Earth’s soul gives you a sphere of red light,
PAUSE
that rises from her depths to your
first chakra,
which is located a few centimeters
below the perineum.
PAUSE
Feel how that sphere of red light
reaches you
PAUSE
and there it stops, to completely restore
your connection with the Earth.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Your blockades and insecurities are dissolved.
PAUSE
The Earth’s light gives you strength
to continue.

Now it goes up to your
second chakra, at
the height of your belly.
PAUSE
That sphere of red light harmonizes
and stimulates your creativity and sexuality.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
To make it easier for you to connect
with the imagination,
which it is the voice of your soul showing
you with images the way to go.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
For you to remember that you came to
this life to enjoy, and not to suffer.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
A little upper, the sphere of red
light the Earth gives you,
reaches your solar
plexus, at the
height of your stomach,
PAUSE
and starts to balance your digestive
system and all that comes from it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It reinforces your self-esteem and
your willpower,
for you to decide to finally take
care of yourself, respect you,
and to materialize that what your
heart asks you.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Once again, realize that this
energetic center, your third chakra, the one of the will,
is found very close to your heart.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now, the red light sphere reaches
your heart,
PAUSE
where it meets the with light
sphere, that the Source gave you.
PAUSE
Both, red light and white light,
merge into one,
being transformed in unity into a beautiful sphere of pink light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The light of your soul is condensed
in that sphere.
PAUSE
You expanded it earlier, and now you
contract it,
for it to remain inside that sphere
of pink light
and be fully nourished with the
oneness frequency.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
MEDITATION
Vibrating to the beat of unity with
the Source and the Earth,
your soul fully recovers its
original perfection.
PAUSE
Free from any physical or energetic
influence your energy is restored,
the connection of your light with divinity.
PAUSE
and also, with the
memory of your purpose of life in this planet.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
From the center of your chest, your
soul comes out in the form of pink light.
PAUSE
As if it was a hologram of yourself,
another luminous “you”,
shown in front of you so that you
admire your inner beauty.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Your soul is asking you to hold
hands,
because now, together, you're going
to make a tour through your evolution.
PAUSE
Let your conscience be with him/her,
so that your soul will help you understanding.
PAUSE
He/she helps you understanding that
all those hard times, all the challenges,
were tests of evolution.
PAUSE
Allow yourself to take that walk
through your past life,
for you to understand from the
perspective of your soul, that is with you now,
what you had to learn in this incarnation.

Realize that all those emotions arisen
from you, in those situations, were perfect,
PAUSE
because it was the answer that your conscience
gave before pain, sadness or lack of love.

Nothing you did was wrong.
PAUSE
You did it because, in that moment,
you didn’t know how to do it other way.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Let your soul embrace your conscience,
to give it all the love that one day
you felt you lacked.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Embrace your own self with love.
Accept
yourself as you are, including the part of you that you don’t like.
PAUSE
Remember that love is the frequency
that will allow you evolve.
PAUSE
To do this you must first love
yourself, with all your lights, with all your shades.
PAUSE
Being your best friend, the mighty pillar
on which to build your evolution.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Anew, your soul asks you to accompany
him/her,
because now she is going to show you
what it is that which you yearn so much to find.

Which is the function
that you came to fulfill in this world, in addition to evolving?
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Which is the purpose of this life
that impels you to help the others
or to take the perfect place for
you, the one that your soul wanted to manifest before incarnating?

Let your soul show you with that
images already appearing before you,
projecting yourself as if it were a
movie, as one of your possible futures.

The future in which you
fulfill your life mission,
because you have listened to your
heart and have and you dared to trust it.
PAUSE
How does that future look like?
Get carried away by what you feel or
perceive, without doubts or questions.
PAUSE (2 minutes)
Realize how you are feeling when you are performing
that function.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That is the sign that your soul
sends you to guide you on every step of the path.

When you align with
your life purpose you feel peace and hope.
PAUSE
When you stray you feel sadness and
apathy.
PAUSE
Connect with the peace and joy that
possible future gives you, the one that you are now seeing before you, in which
you fully develop your mission of life.
PAUSE
Let
yourself be impregnated by the energy that emerges from it,
because that energy will give you
the necessary strength to face any test in the path, with balance and
enthusiasm, from the perspective of love.

When performing your life purpose, your
soul and your conscience merge into one.
Visualize it before you.
Imagine that your soul and your
conscience become one only energy,
that projects an immense light.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And in that way they
come back to the center of your chest.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
From there, also to your mind.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
To each one occupy its place, un
complete oneness with the other.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel that powerful connecting link
between both being established.

A bond that sets a before and an
after in your life.
From today on you advance in inner
unity: mind and heart, in the same direction.

Let’s share that wonderful oneness
with that baby who floats in the center of the circle,

Immersed in the Earth’s uterus.
He is now in his eighth month.
We have been feeding him for many
months with the frequency of unity.
Today we are going to send him the
pink light emanating from our hearts,
which have reached oneness with our
consciences,
remembering our life purpose: the
lessons and the mission,
so it reaches his little heart,

which is
now inundated with each one’s contribution of pink light.

A delivery of light made from the
heart,
that will help him always
remembering his purpose of life: manifesting oneness in the Earth.

Oneness in oneself and with the
others.

His soul is nourished with that
wonderful love that everyone of us give him.
Love emerging from the inner unity
in every being.
which is the way to fulfill unity in
the world.

When you love and respect yourself
you are able to love and respect the others.

The baby is nourished by that infinite
frequency and is happier.
PAUSE
Feel his gratitude reaching you.
PAUSE
He is the new human being that soon
will be born upon the Earth.

We are creating it in unity, and
thus, it has got a huge power.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
From his heart, he expands the pink light and
encompasses this whole circle.

Feel its energy and let it give you its message, which is unique for you.

Now let it go beyond here, beyond
this circle,
spreading its light everywhere it
goes.

Sawing love and connection.
PAUSE
Inner connection, with Divinity and
with Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Its energy caresses and embraces.

It helps remembering.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Sending every heart and every
conscience a message:

Please, remember who you are and what you came for.

It expands raising the vibration of
each space.

It is coming closer, little by little, to the other
spheres of pink light that have been created in the
distance, from hundreds of places all over the Earth.

All of them seek unity.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The unity generated when they
become just one.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
A single sphere which embraces the
whole planet.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And it spills over it its wonderful frequency
of unity, love and respect.
PAUSE (1 minute)
This
Network of Light, that we have all created, will
remain permanently active around the Earth, to help us all remembering
that we are beings of infinite light fulfilling a purpose of life on this
planet. To help us respecting the others’ acts and decisions, which perform
their function in the world, although our minds don’t understand.
We thank all the Beings of light who
have voluntarily accompanied us to guide this meditation.
Mother Earth and the
Source, for giving us their energy to generate inner unity.
All attendees in the presence and in
the distance for working in unity.
Place your hands on the Earth and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
