FULL MOON MEDITATION
OCTOBER 27th 2015
DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9:00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When
holding your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm
downwards (outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.

PURPOSE
SOUL
INTEGRATION
THE VITAL BREATH
The soul is pure light, a part of
the Source, that incarnates the body to experiment and to help the evolution of
the whole. All that exists is part of the One. Through the human experience,
souls increase their own light, in order to take
all the knowledge gained, back to the origin.
It is much harder to be love in the
middle of the mist than in the Light itself. That is why we embody in the
world: to provide light where there is lack of it and to evolve as we learn to be love in a confusing
environment.
When the soul is fully integrated in
the body, its natural abilities must adapt to the limitation of matter, especially
to the ones related to time and space. It no longer can expand itself in
freedom, unless that human being’s
consciousness allows it. It no longer can be everywhere. Now it must learn to coexist with the
body containing it, and with the mind as well, which influences all its
movements.
The soul is pure love, but the
challenge is to remain being love in an environment that induces it to forget
so. Tonight we will travel to the sun, to give
back to the soul the full memory of its origin, and also, the certainty of being unconditional
love, to be able of expanding it around the world.
PREPARATION
1st Close your eyes and inspire deeply.
2nd Repeat inwardly:
I show my
respects to the light inside me.
I show my
respects to the light in all the people performing this meditation in any part
of the world.
I activate
here and now the light of my soul, and through it, my connection with Divinity.
3rd
Feel it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
Now imagine. From the Source, that great original light which we all left
one day, a sphere of a very bright light arises. Shining white.
PAUSE
A sphere of light that descends to
the top of your head.
PAUSE
Breathe in when it arrives there.
PAUSE
As you exhale, perceive how that
sphere is expanded through your crown chakra,
liberating low vibration
frequencies,
harmonizing that energetic centre,
where the connection with the Source is.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The sphere of light expands and
contracts at the rhythm of your breath.
You inhale and it contracts.
You exhale and it expands,
harmonizing frequencies,
balancing your energy.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
That sphere of light descends within
your head,
to the level of your third
eye, in the center
of your forehead.
PAUSE
And there it stops, so you can
repeat the same energetic movement.
PAUSE
You inhale and its light shrinks
inside you.
You exhale and its light expands, to
liberate you from the low vibration frequencies limiting you.
To harmonize your psychic
perceptions chakra.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The sphere of light that came down
from the Source continues to descend.
It gets to your
throat,
PAUSE
so that, again, you can make the
same exercise to harmonize and balance.
You inhale and sphere of light contracts.
You exhale and it expands, helping you
to balance the chakra of expression,
to be prepared to communicate the
truth of your heart to the world, from now on.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The sphere of light falls within you,
a little more, to the center of your chest,
PAUSE
and there it stops, so that you
inhale and it is contracted, and you exhale and is expanded,
helping you to balance your center
of unconditional love and compassion.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The Source is now giving us its
energy,
to help our chakras vibrate at its rhythm,
to give them back their original
perfection, without blockades or energetic limits.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
That light goes down to your
stomach, your third chakra,
PAUSE
and you make, again, the same
movement with your breath.
You inhale and it contracts. You exhale
and it expands,
to balance in you self-esteem and
willpower.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
You let it go down a little more, reaching
your second chakra, at the level of your belly.
PAUSE
When it gets there you inhale and the
sphere contracts.
You exhale and it expands, to
harmonize your creativity and sexuality with the light of the Source.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
A bit further down it goes outside
through the perineum,
to illuminate your first chakra, the
root
chakra,
the one which helps you to remember
that you are part of the Earth and to connect yourself with her.
PAUSE
Inhale and exhale,
to let their light harmonize such an
important energy center in your evolutionary process.
PAUSE
It is on Earth where you chose to
evolve.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
You belong to her.
Feel your connection with Mother Earth right now
PAUSE
and let that sphere of light go
travelling from your first chakra to Gaia’s heart, Mother Earth’s, as an
offering of love to help her.
Coming through you, all the love
that the Source gives us today.
PAUSE
Inhale and exhale once again, when
the sphere reaches the Earth’s heart
and so give her your bit,
to help her get rid of low
vibrational frequencies that can limit her.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
MEDITATION
At this moment, fully connected with
the Earth,
take all your attention to the
center of your chest.
PAUSE
Imagine that the sphere of light is
your own soul, emerging from the center of your ches,
PAUSE
growing
up, little by little, until becoming a great sphere of light,
like a soap bubble encompassing you
completely.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Inside
it, you are now about to travel to the Sun.
The sphere of light, which is your
soul, knows the way back to the Light,
so let yourself be carried by her.
PAUSE
Imagine yourself inside that sphere,
travelling gradually to the solar light,
PAUSE
to melt yourself with it.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Go inside the sun.
PAUSE
Feel its mighty frequency.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Receive now the codes of unity, love and healing that
your being needs.
PAUSE (1 minute)
The sun carries the unity frequency,
because it is the Source’s delegate
to help our planet.
PAUSE
Feel the solar energy now touring
all over yourself.
PAUSE
Note how
your frequency rises.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Now look at Earth through the eyes of the sun.
PAUSE
Look her closely.
Feel what the sun feels when he
observes us.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The sun always accompanies and
heats, unconditionally, all the living beings.
PAUSE
Landscapes,
seas,
stones…
PAUSE
Nothing is left out of his love. We all are delivered.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
The sun does not
distinguish between races, religions, sexes or beliefs.
PAUSE
The sun loves and offers his love without
a rest, day after day, to the whole Earth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel how the contact with his light
is talking his vibration to your cells.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel how your own soul remembers.
PAUSE
Remember everything you felt before
arriving to the Earth,
when you decided to incarnate and
you moved toward it.
PAUSE
You were full of love and tenderness.
Your wish to help drove you, your
wish to bring your light to support the shift in consciousness.
PAUSE
Let the sun help you remembering, as
your soul is nourished with his frequency.
PAUSE (1 minute)
With renewed enthusiasm,
with the purpose of evolving and
helping, that you now remember,
prepare yourself to come back.
PAUSE
Detach yourself, little by little, from the sun,
PAUSE
to travel again to your physical
body,
bringing with you the new frequency.
The unity frequency and the recall
of the purpose of your life.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Serenely come back to you and let
this sphere, which is your soul,
be integrated back into your body,
to help you, from now on, to be who
you came to be on this Earth.
PAUSE
Your soul is fully integrated into you, reminding you
of the vital breath that gave you life.
PAUSE
When you were barely a baby in
formation
she was integrated, completely, in
your little growing body.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
He grew up immersed in your mother’s
womb,
like that one now growing in the
womb of the Earth.
That one who has been nourished for seven months now
with the unity frequency.
PAUSE
Imagine him in the center of the circle.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Now is his time has come.
It is time for his soul to fully integrate
in him.
PAUSE
Let’s help him, bringing a bit of
our own renewed soul.
Our own soul, each one’s soul, just nurtured
with the unity frequency
and that fully remembers her life
purpose.

We have come to love, to live and to
evolve.
The evolution can only come from love,
remembering that we are love in the
mist.
PAUSE
Considering the voice of the heart,
which is the voice of the soul.
Solving always from the advice that light
gives us.
Light, which is love and that we all
carry inside.

Give him
a piece of your own light, as God did with you, one day.
Provide that baby growing inside the
Earth with the vital breath,
that baby who is the new human being
that the she will give birth to, in a few months, when his gestation process is
completed.

The baby's soul is formed
gradually, with the contribution of each one.
PAUSE
Bits of love, small spheres of light traveling from hearts to his
heart,
and which merge into one, in his inside.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The
baby's soul is fully integrated into him.
PAUSE
It takes shape and expands throughout his little body.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Feel how his energy is transformed,
PAUSE
how he receives, with love, this
love multiplied.
PAUSE
The power of unity makes this
possible, the teamwork from the heart.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The baby is moving in the womb of
the Earth, happy. And smiles.
PAUSE
He smiles because he knows that yes,
that now the new human being is already complete.
PAUSE
Body and soul, as one, willing to fulfil a performance
in the world:
helping us all to
vibrate in the new frequency of unity.
PAUSE
Left behind will be fights and
separation.
Left behind will be fear, that leads
us to protect ourselves from our brothers.
PAUSE
Wars will be dissolved, love will
come back
and we will vibrate, forever, in the
frequency that twins us,
which is respects, unity, happiness
and love.
PAUSE
We all know what that is, because we
carry it in our heart.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
That
baby’s soul begins to expand, from the center of his chest,
throughout the whole circle, until
fully encompassing us.
PAUSE
And she stops there to thank us.
PAUSE
Feel that baby’s
message, that is an unique message for you.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Now let’s allow his light to reach beyond
this circle.
PAUSE
Let that sphere of light, his soul,
to expand,
so that her frequency reaches every
corner,
PAUSE
so that she nourish any place she
goes.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
We are helping the others and the
Earth,
from respect and love, not by trying to change
anyone, but simply helping to remember.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The rest
of the spheres
created today in the distance also do so.
Small or big contributions to this
shift in consciousness, from one person or from several people.
PAUSE
Spheres of light, which are that
baby’s soul,
that have been born in hundreds of
corners all around the planet.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
The contribution of all of them
searches for unity.
Thus, they are coming closer to each
other.
PAUSE
Place your attention on them to
empower them.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
They become close with love.
PAUSE
Gradually producing the integration
of a single soul in the womb of the Earth.
PAUSE
A single soul, which is the united
intention of being love and no fight in the New Earth.
PAUSE
The divine purpose to meet the voice
of the heart, at all times, with confidence,
knowing that all the truth and all
the answers are in the soul.
PAUSE
Each one’s soul, which is immensely
wise.
Each one’s soul, which is identical
to those of others,
because we all, without exception,
are brothers and sisters in essence.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And this way, a single
sphere of light, which embraces the whole Earth, is created.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
A single sphere of
light, that is the vital breath of the soul, for the Earth and for Humankind.
PAUSE
Let its frequency be spread over it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Observe, simply observe
what happens
when this vital breath spreads its
energy over the planet.
PAUSE (1 and a half minute)
That sphere of light, created among
us all, will remain permanently active around the Earth, to help
us to remember, to evolve and to vibrate in the unity frequency.
We thank all the Beings of light who
voluntarily have accompanied us to perform this meditation.
Mother Earth and the Source, for providing us with so
much love and so much devotion.
The sun as well, for helping us today
with his frequency.
All attendees, in presence and in
the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Place your hands on the Earth, and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is unable to
sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
