MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white clothes
if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
A rose quartz, which will accompany us during the
whole cycle, until June 2015 when we will give it to the Earth.

Cycle: GESTATION OF UNITY
PURPOSE:
UNITY IN ME. FUSION
Today we start a new
cycle of meditations,
with which we will support the growth of unity. For nine months, we will
gestate, in ourselves and in our lives, the seeds of unity that we planted in
our hearts last April 4th.
In coherence with the stages of the human gestation
cycle, the
frequencies of unity that descended upon us and upon Earth will be being
gestated inside us, until the birth of a new being, that will take place at the
meditation of December 25th 2015.
Nine moons, nine months, nine evolutionary
stages in which unity will be develop as a reality in every one of us.
Today we
deal with the fusion
produced when the frequencies of unity we channelled last month come in contact
with all that is inside us. As they are very high vibration frequencies, the
first thing to happen is that our shadows come into view, those parts of us
which we don’t like or which we don’t feel proud of. They come into light to accept their presence, quit fighting against them and
wrap them in love.
When there is fight inside me, I
cannot manifest unity in the world, because I am disunited myself. Light and
darkness are part of the One and it is necessary that we cease going against it
so that unity truly occurs.
So, when I find myself thinking or
feeling things that I don’t really like much, instead of deny them, I will
come to a standstill to observe them with no judgements, just allowing them to be expressed
in me, so that I can understand its origin.
Why are those thoughts or emotions
in me? What can I do to transcend them? Definitely, offering them love.
Steps would be the following:
First, observing
them without
judging me.
Second, listening to what they have to say or show
me.
Third, discovering
its origin: where
do they come from, or why do I have them?
And forth, be determined to solve the situation which generated them.
Thus, by accepting me as I am, I
myself helping me to evolve, without criticism, guilt or judgement, I allow
the frequency of unity to settle in me, as an embryo which will be developing
in the coming months.
PREPARATION
1st Close your eyes and invoke the power of Love in you.
2nd Repeat to yourself:
I show my respects to the
being of Light that I am.
And to the beings of
light everyone attending to this meditation is.
Here
and now, I activate my connection with Divinity.
3rd
Feel it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
Place your attention in your crown chakra,
the one that is found a few centimetres above your
head.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel it vibrating.
Feel the energy in your crown chakra.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Imagine a tube of light arising from your crown chakra
to the Source,
that grand original light which we all belong to.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
That tube of light connects with the Source, it merges with it.
PAUSE
And at that moment the energy of plenitude and
unconditional love of the Source,
charged with the frequency of unity,
begins to descend to your crown chakra and fills it
with light.
Feel it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Feel how it balances your connection with everything
existing, with the universe, with the One.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And now allow that light to go down to your sixth
chakra,
the one located in the centre of your forehead.
PAUSE
Feel the energy of the unity arriving to your third
eye,
and fully illuminating your mind.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Perceive how that light, the light of the Source, of
the One,
erases any limiting frequency in your brain.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how your psychic abilities are balanced.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And now allow it to come to your
throat, your fifth chakra.
PAUSE
The light of the Source is illuminating your center of
expression,
through which your voice communicates the truth of
your heart to the world.
PAUSE
Your fifth chakra is being filled with light.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And keeps on descending to your heart, the fourth chakra, in the center of your chest.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel your soul gladdening when it comes in contact
with that light,
and resonates, and is revitalized.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Your whole chest bloated with shining white light,
the frequency of unity arriving to you, again, from
the Source,
to remind you the path and the truth, what we really
are.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now feel how that light continues going down and
reaches your stomach, the solar plexus,
your third chakra, where your will and your
self-esteem are balanced and reborn.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
And a bit lower, in your second chakra, the light of the Source, the frequency of unity, is being
received.
PAUSE
A little below your navel, the sacral chakra is being
filled with light.
PAUSE
To make your creativity in unity
PAUSE
and your sacred sexuality rebirth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Keep on descending the light of the Source to your
first chakra, your root chakra,
the one that connects you to the Earth.
PAUSE
Feel it being flooded with light.
PAUSE
How you feel yourself as human and divine at the same
time.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Perceiving your physical essence as a gift from mother
Earth,
so that you can develop your life and the plan of your
soul thanks also to your material essence.
PAUSE
Feel how that tube of light emerges now from your fist
chakra to the heart of the Earth,
PAUSE
to join her
and so that Mother Earth can also receive, here and
now,
the frequency of unity that you are channelling in
you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel how that seed
of unity fecundates the Earth
through you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
MEDITATION
Now observe what is occurring in the being that you
are today.
PAUSE
A dual
human being, with his lights and shadows.
PAUSE
When in contact with the frequency of unity,
that seed of light which has entered in you at this
moment and fecundates you,
every part of yourself arises, before you, so that you
can stare at them with love and respect.
PAUSE
Observe.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel your shadows cropping out, one by one,
and look at them with the eyes of
the soul, perceiving that they are
also necessary for your evolution.
PAUSE (20
seconds)
Understanding them, accepting
them.
PAUSE
Your shadows help you evolving,
because
they allow you to realize it when you are turning away from the path of love,
which is the only one that truly transforms and
liberates.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Allow those sides of you, dark perhaps, unpleasant may
be, which you do not like, emerge,
PAUSE
and look at them with no questioning, not feeling
yourself guilty.
PAUSE
Just, as the observer who looks with a mother’s eyes
watching his song growing up.
PAUSE (30
seconds)
Let
them show you why they are in you, what it’s creating them.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Is there anything in your life which you don’t really
feel comfortable with?
PAUSE (10
seconds)
Are you
angry because may be you didn’t listen to yourself?
PAUSE (10 seconds)
There is an origin, there is a cause. Find it.
PAUSE
Allow
your shadow to express itself, so that you can understand it
and solve the situation that makes the same experience
appear in you again and again.
PAUSE (1 minute)
The
time has come to solve from the love
any conflict, any fight,
any experience of separation.
PAUSE
But, in order to be able to apply love to the others,
first you must apply it to yourself.
PAUSE
The frequency of unity that has entered in you is
helping you to see you as a complete being,
PAUSE
with no criticism, nor judgements, nor blames, without
feeling bad for being as you are.
PAUSE
Being
as you are today is fine.
It is the experience that you soul needs to evolve.
PAUSE
That which your shadow shows you today is an opportunity for evolution.
PAUSE
How
would love solve it?
PAUSE
Love to yourself, at this moment.
What would it do? Feel it.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
If you embrace the part of you that you don’t like,
if you wrap it with pink light, the one that emerges
from your heart, the shelter of your soul,
what happens?
PAUSE
What
happens if you offer love to your shadow?
Try it.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
You are a dual being and your duality can not be deleted,
but it can be integrated.
PAUSE
Look what happens when you embrace the part of
yourself that you don’t like.
PAUSE
Look how it answers you.
PAUSE
Look how the energy comes back to you, because you
give up the inner fight.
PAUSE
And you respect yourself, and offer yourself love.
PAUSE
Discovering, in your own self, that it is the only way
to solve any litigation,
any conflict, any pain.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Love
is the answer to all the questions, the solution to all the problems.
PAUSE
Love is the energy that dwells your heart.
PAUSE
You are able to give it to yourself and to the others,
a thousand times.
PAUSE
It cannot be spent, because it is infinite and
eternal.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Today, thanks to the frequency of unity that has
entered in you like a seed of light,
you
become the embryo of a new being.
PAUSE
A new being which will pass through a nine months,
nine moons pregnancy,
in which you will evolve in Unity.
PAUSE
Feel yourself like that. Look at yourself, in this
moment, as an embryo in the uterus of the Earth.
PAUSE
A new
being.
A new human being, more evolved,
that starts to develop after the fusion of the unity
in you.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Feel yourself floating in that immense loving liquid.
which Mother Earth is wrapping you with at this moment.
PAUSE (30
seconds)
New
capacities, new gifts, arise
in you, are born with you.
PAUSE
A new perspective of the world and of you yourself.
PAUSE
You start growing up, in the uterus of the Earth,
as a new
human being much more willing to love.
PAUSE
Much more able to solve from the love any dispute, any
problem.
PAUSE
A new human being more connected to his divine origin.
PAUSE
With his heart and his mind, which now will be
developing again, little by little, connected to work as a team in their reality.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
A new being, a new man or a new woman, conscious of
themselves,
and confident that light of their hearts always
indicates the right path.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You float again and again in the loving liquid with
which the uterus of the Earth envelopes you,
were being that new embryo, and you emit a signal.
PAUSE
A signal of light, from in there, which reaches the center of
the circle.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
A signal of light, that says:
I am
one in me.
PAUSE
I
accept myself as I am.
PAUSE
I love me and respect me,
PAUSE
and
this way I can respect the others much more.
PAUSE (10
seconds)
Emit that signal to the center of the circle, as a
wave of light which arrives continuously.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
And forming a sphere.
PAUSE
A
multicolour sphere containing every one’s essence,
every component of this circle’s essence, here and
now.
PAUSE (20
seconds)
The
Source and the Earth also
contribute with their energy,
to nourish this sphere of light which is taking this
message to the rest of the world.
PAUSE
A message of unity, love and respect, that humankind
needs in this moment.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
On the count of three we will expand this sphere,
to first impregnate everyone here
and, then, to go far beyond this circle.
PAUSE
One, two,
three.
Expand
it with your intention.
PAUSE (10
seconds)
Feel as little by little, it advances until fully
encompassing all of us.
PAUSE (10
seconds)
Let
yourself be cradled by it.
PAUSE (30
seconds)
The energy of this sphere will remind everyone who
wish to open up to its energy
that we all are love and that we are One.
PAUSE
Those useless struggles are no longer needed in the
world,
PAUSE
because love and respect are the path, the answer,
the truth which gives us back the true freedom.
PAUSE
The freedom of being able to vibrate in harmony with
everything that exists.
PAUSE
The freedom of being gods creators of our own lives,
using the energy that rises, transforms and reminds
the origin.
The origin of light that we all carry in our heart.
PAUSE (10
seconds)
Allow it to go beyond this circle. Let her go.
PAUSE (10
seconds)
The sphere of light is expanded more and more, seeding
its seed of unity all over the Earth.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Everywhere it goes it leaves a footprint of light,
available for anyone who wish to resonate with it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It
carries respect, and because of that it does not invade, doesn’t oblige,
doesn’t impose its frequency.
PAUSE
It simply is and lets be,
PAUSE
and helps those who wish so.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Trees, flowers, plants, rivers, seas
welcome it and are delighted, because all of them know
that we are One and resonate with that frequency.
PAUSE (30
seconds)
Animals, big
and small ones.
PAUSE
The air, the sun, the sand.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Everything existing on the Earth recognises the
frequency of this sphere of wonderful light,
that we have created today in unity and as One.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
It keeps on expanding itself, because is now about to go
to meet the others,
the other spheres that have
emerged from the love of other hearts,
who have gathered in the distance,
to contribute with their two cents to this wonderful
shift in consciousness,
in which we are immersed.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
They are getting closer and closer to each other.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
To
fuse as just one that embraces the Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Just one sphere of wonderful, rainbow coloured light,
that starts to plant seeds of light upon the Earth.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
An endless frequency of love,
that will continue emitting its message of unity
permanently,
PAUSE
so that we all remember who we are and what we came
for.
PAUSE (20
seconds)
Observe and feel the power of those tiny seeds of
light,
which already fall and fall over the planet.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
All together we can achieve a great shift on the
Earth,
if we do so from the heart, projecting love and in
unity.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
This Network of Light will remain permanently active
over the Earth, to help
us all receiving, with harmony and balance, the new frequency of Unity.
PAUSE
So that we can integrate it in our lives,
feeling in peace with it and with ourselves.

It has been created by the power of the One and
because of this it is endless.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
We thank all the Beings of light who
voluntarily have accompanied us to support this meditation.
All the attendants, at presence and
in the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Mother Earth and the Source, for supplying their energy
and their light and helping us in this full moon night.
Place your hands on the Earth and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 900 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We
will send you the meditation each month. You will only have to call the
people and read it. You can start with a few friends or relatives. The ideal
would be to organize it the way you feel is the best. You must feel comfortable
while doing it, and it should also have your own energy and your own way of
doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be
a completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
