MEDITATION

DISTANCE
MEDITATION AT 9.00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If possible
wear white clothes.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People attending
this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside the circle.
When holding
your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm downwards
(outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
A flat stone on which we wrote our material
wishes.
RECOMMENDATION:
What we need to fulfil our life purpose.
Some rice.
Any colour quartz to be given to the Earth.
A rose quartz, which will accompany us during the
whole cycle, until June 2015 when we will give it to the Earth.

ASKING FOR WHAT I NEED
TO FULFIL MY LIFE PLAN
Mother Earth accompanies us once more to impulse our purposes.

We are going to ask her to help achieving all that we need in order to fulfil the life plan which brought us to it: the material goods that are part of our path and that help us achieving the goals we set up before being born.
We will ask with unattachment, trusting the wisdom of life. Sometimes, what I think I need it’s not what I
really need. That’s
why, once my offering is done, I will release control and let my soul show me
the way.
The time has come to evolve from the
heart, letting the being of christic light I carry inside, be expressed in the
world.
Hence, today after performing the
offering, we will go inside, towards the deepest part of each
one, to help that light awake: the christic light which dwells inside every
human being.
In the past, maybe we were moving
forward disconnected from it, but today we let it expand in our lives and show
us the direction.
We are beings who create our reality.
We are able to create from our mind, but today we
decide to create from the heart.
Christic light comes back to Earth
with all of its splendour, awakening inside each one of us.
OFFERING
1.
On your right hand, take
the quartz you have brought
to be given to the Earth.
2.
Through
your hand, and with closed eyes, send it the following message:
I ask for help so that everything
that I need to fulfil my life plan comes to me.
I trust in the wisdom of life.
I trust in Mother Earth.
I loose control. I delegate the
function of clearing the way so that all materials goods required at this stage
of my evolutionary process come to me.
I also release all my attachments.
3.
Ask for the permission of the guardians of the place to perform the offering.
4.
Ask for the collaboration of the elementals of water, air, earth and
fire.
So that they help you materializing
your purposes.
5.
Make
a small hole in the earth.
6.
Place
the quartz
which you have just programmed.
7.
Place the stone on
which you have written your material wishes.
8.
Sow the rice over
your offering to give it prosperity.
9.
Cover your offering with earth and place your hands on it, to seal it with your energy.
10. Give thanks to Mother Earth, with the certainty
that she has already attended your petition.
11. Fully detach yourself, innerly formulating the following message:
From this day on, Mother Earth cares
and I am not concerned.
PREPARATION
1º Close your eyes and invoke the power of Love in you.
2º Repeat for yourself:
My respects to the being
of Light that I am.
And to the beings of
light everyone attending to this meditation is.
Here
and now, I activate my connection with Divinity.
3º Feel
it and wait a few seconds for the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
RELAXATION
Breathe in deeply and gently let the
air leave you,
as you allow it to carry all your
tensions away with it.
PAUSE
Specially the emotions and thoughts
distracting you.
PAUSE
Place all your attention into the
present moment.
Here, now and the
rhythm of your breath.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Imagine now that, from the Source, a light comes down to your crown chakra.
PAUSE
That light carries the original codes of
perfection you were
created with.
PAUSE
Feel how it reaches your crown
chakra and stops.
PAUSE
It dissolves low
vibration frequencies.
Your blockades disappear in contact
with that light.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Feeling it in your seventh chakra,
innerly repeat:
I move forward connected with the original light.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The light descends to the inside of your head and stops by your forehead.
PAUSE
It is expanded through
your brains,
transforming into light any low
vibration frequency.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Innerly repeat:
I set my mind to the service of my heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Now the light goes to the base of the skull, towards the point on which it
joins the spinal column.
PAUSE
And illuminates it.
Feel how it is expanded in that area
and sets it free.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
And from there, it descends to your neck, and radiates.
PAUSE
The low vibration frequencies and
the blockades disappear in contact with that light.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Feeling it in your throat, innerly
repeat:
I emit my voice in harmony with my heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The light going down by the spinal column until
reaching the center of your chest.
PAUSE
From there, radiates a balance your
fourth chakra, the heart one.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Feeling how it activates your own
light, innerly repeat:
Wake up, inner wisdom.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Now the light reaches the stomach and illuminates all that area.
PAUSE
Feel how it dissolves all your attachments and
insecurities.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Innerly repeat:
I set my will to the service of my heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The light descends by your body and
reaches your belly and enlightens it.
PAUSE
It sweeps away any
negativity and sets it
ready to the new codes of light.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Innerly repeat:
I set my creativity to the service of my heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Finally, the light reaches your first chakra, illuminating as well your legs and feet.
PAUSE
Feel how it sweeps away all your
distorted frequencies in that area.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Innerly repeat:
I walk to the service of my heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The light keeps on going inside the
soil until reaching the heart of the
Earth.
PAUSE
It illuminates it.
PAUSE
This is your gift to Mother Earth
tonight.
Gaia is nourished with the light
which, in this moment, every one of us is sending her,
to tell her that we commit to move
forward in unity with her.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
MEDITATION
Now we’ll go inside, to your interior.
Focus full attention on the center
of your chest.
With the intent to deepen yourself.
PAUSE
Imagine you walk into that place in
your body.
It’s possible that at first, you
only see darkness.
It doesn’t matter. Keep on moving
forward.
Go all
the way down in your heart.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
There, in the deepest part of you,
there is a cave.
Imagine it.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Inside that cave you’ll see a coffer.
PAUSE
Go approach it.
PAUSE
And when you feel ready, open it.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
A beautiful light emerges from it, from inside the coffer.
PAUSE
Let that light expands itself all
around the cave, illuminating everything.
PAUSE
Perceive how you are feeling in the
presence of that light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The light that has emerged from the coffer
is gradually contracting,
into the
shape of a sphere that is placed before you.
PAUSE
Contemplate its beauty.
Because what you see before you, is
your inner beauty.
Enjoy it.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Listen to its message:
I am the being of
christic light that dwells inside you.
The one who helps you
bringing the heavens to the Earth in your reality.
PAUSE
Let him tells you all he wants to
tell you.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Let him show you all of your capacities.
The same his has got.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Let him remind you your life purpose.
PAUSE
The lessons you wanted to learn when
you decided coming here.
PAUSE
But, overall, what you came to contribute.

Now that light shows you also the miracles that you are able to do in the
world.

And now it’s your turn.
Tell that light all that you wish to tell him.
PAUSE
Your objections, your doubts, your
insecurities.
PAUSE
Talk to him about the problems that distress
you.
Vent off, because this light listens to you
with infinite LOVE.

Feel how that light understands and comforts
you.
PAUSE
That light, which it’s you yourself,
your christic essence, loves you above all things.
PAUSE
It is so wise that knows the
solution to
everything you have just exposed.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The light shows you how to overcome
every obstacle.
PAUSE
As well as how to transmit, with the example and the word, the truth that emerges from your
light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
It shows you also which ones of the material wishes you have requested in your offering,
are truly needed.
PAUSE (1 minute)
It suggests you to
abandon the ones which are not useful to you.
The ones that prevent you from fulfilling
it.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
That light shows you now how your
life would be transformed, if you, from now on, would let it be expressed in
your world.
What would happen if you’d let your being of christic
light guide your steps?
PAUSE (2 minutes)
So you decide, tells you that light inside the
cave.
PAUSE
Do you allow me to be expanded in your life and guide
your course?
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The christic light expands itself throughout
your whole being and beyond you.
PAUSE
Sweeping away all the low vibration
frequencies anchoring in your life something that it is not.
Something that you are not.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
That light will positively influence
you and everyone contacting you,
From today on.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
That light is already affecting this
same place.
Project it from the heart to the center of the circle.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Observe how a sphere of diamond
light is drawn with everyone’s contribution.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
A beautiful sphere of diamond light,
which carries the christic energy we
all have in the heart.
Stare at its beauty.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Now we are impulsing it beyond the
circle.
So that it helps the people who are
not here
and are willing for an evolutive
change in their lives.

We’ll do so on the count of three.
PAUSE
One, two, three.
Now! Impulse
it with your intention.

Feel how it surpasses you.
PAUSE
Its wonderful energy takes you high.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
The sphere of diamond light is
expanded beyond this place,
to reach every corner.
PAUSE
Enjoy the beauty it creates on its
steps.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Watch as well the other spheres being expanded today in the distance.
Hundreds of diamond light spheres
created in other places of the planet.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
All of them carrying the christic
light born from the heart.

Their purpose is to help the planet lift
its vibration,
Awakening the being of
christic light we all carry in the heart.
PAUSE
Look at them to give them strength.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Little by little, they are getting
closer to each other, to create a single one.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
A single one that will embrace the
Earth,
To impulse this beautiful shift in
consciousness.
PAUSE
Feel how they are getting closer.
Until they finally burst into a big sphere of diamond
light around the planet
PAUSE (30 seconds)
A single sphere which emits millions
of diamond light sparkles.
PAUSE
It’s raining diamond light over the
Earth.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Light which penetrates, transforms
and freeds.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Light impregnating people to remind
them their divine presence
and their life purpose on this
planet.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Light which reaches all the living
beings to restore the balance of the ecosystems.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
Light emitted, permanently, to give
us back hope, excitement and trust.
PAUSE (15 seconds)
This Network of Light will remain
active forever,
to remind the Earth and all of its inhabitants their
divine christic essence.
PAUSE
It has been created by the strength
of unity, and thus it is imperturbable and eternal.
PAUSE
Feel now its effect in your heart.

We thank every Being of Light who
voluntarily has accompanied us to support this work.
Mother Earth for hosting our offering and for helping us evolving
in harmony with the life purpose that brought us to her.
Every attendant, at presence and in
the distance, for collaborating in Unity.
Place your hands on the Earth and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

meditation at distance
The network of light was created with the Full moon meditations. We
convoke them in this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that
is done during the days it takes place.
We thus amplify the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it
is very powerful, due to the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore, following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE
NATURAL CYCLES through which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the
effect of the Network of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is
created by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at
distance. It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself
and then help humanity and the planet.
At present there are more than 800 groups which perform it in the whole
world, a number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you
the meditation each month. You will only have to call the people and read
it. You can start with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to
organize it the way you feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing
it, and it should also have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for
is that it should be a completely free activity, open to all those who would
like to participate.
